Trendy decor, super clean, spacious baths and closets. The unit was well stocked, comfortable and convenient for all we did in Charlotte due to the nearby light rail station. We enjoyed the amenities as well and would definitely stay again!

The room we rented was spotless, spacious and perfect for a week visiting our daughter. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The king bed was very comfortable with a big fluffy & cozy comforter. Everything we needed was provided and Kasa’s 24/7 text assistance was very responsive as how to reset the WiFi router when it kept dropping our phones. This was not a Kasa problem it was an AT&T problem as our daughter’s apartment WiFi was having the same problem. We will definitely be using Cortland Kasa again!

I have stayed at this Kasa Property more than once. It was again, a pleasant experience. Clean, clear check in instructions, stylish and comfortable furnishings, and ample parking. The promptness of their responses if you have any questions or special requests is amazing. I will seek out Kasa properties whenever I can.

The location was just a few miles outside the city center, you could easily walk if you chose to. Additionally, there is a light rail station located across the street, which is helpful. There’s also a very nice food hall nearby. The apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The pool area is awesome as is the gym. Highly recommended.
