Parking is 20 yuan, but it’s reduced. Nearby restaurants are more expensive. City streets can still be walked. There is car hall of fame but it is not open now. Overall it is worth looking forward to

Stayed here at the Billy Graham Courtyard in Charlotte . The accommodations and customer service here is amazing ! Jese checked me in and got me in right away. Her customer service was very welcoming and explained the whole layout of the hotel very well so I wouldn’t get lost or need to ask questions where anything is. She’s truly a great receptionist. Will definitely be staying her again and recommend all my friends !

This was our third visit to this newer hotel. Highlights and hints: This Courtyard is located in an upscale area close to the freeway and walking distance to multiple restaurants at Waverly. A Harris Teeter grocery was also across Providence road. Most rooms included a small fridge for food or beverages. On weekend mornings there was a long line for the First Watch that shares the parking lot with Courtyard, but other nearby faster options at Waverly included two local bagel/coffee shops, a Starbucks, and a Whole Foods. Courtyard also had paid breakfast options until 10:00am. The new rooms included a constant central fan blower strategically placed near the doorways that really cut down typical hotel hallway noise. In fact, a group of young sports team members and their families were at the hotel and we never heard any noise from their rooms at night. This stay, one of the rooms we booked was an Accessible room with excellent placement of safety rails in the bath, a direct roll in shower with fold up seats, and lower beds with plenty of space between them. We recommend this hotel if you are traveling with someone who requires an accessible room. The non accessible rooms had newer style walk-in showers with a short curb, glass doors, and a cool shelf for toiletries accessible from in/out of the shower. Larger size fitness area on site and could be entered with hotel key. There was an indoor pool, but we did not use it. Each floor also had pay washer/dryers available near the elevators.

Super friendly and professional staff. Spacious and very clean rooms. Great prices and very much a value. Will stay here many more times in the future. One of my new favorite hotels. Convenient to the airport. Will stay here again and Mike forward to a return stay.

By far the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel 12+ weeks a year so I spend a lot of time in hotels! I had a 7th Floor Suite and it was simply amazing with everything I wanted and needed. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, GREAT STAFF, CONVIENENT LOCATION, AFFORDABLE I could go on and on. Just check them out, you will not be disappointed.

For the price, it did the trick for a one night stay. It wasn't dirty, and they did upgrade my room as a Gold Bonvoy member, but the location leaves a bit to be desired and the place was nearly empty. What really took me off guard is that every hotel I stay in, even the cheapest among them, has free coffee in the morning even if they don't serve breakfast. Not here. They have a bar where you can purchase it only. That baffles me, there is a Starbucks across the street, so I went and bought it there (even though I hate their coffee). How cheap does your hotel have to be to make your guests pay for a morning coffee? Oh well, next time I come to the office in Charlotte I'll stay elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. We liiked that! We were disappointed that the Bistro was only open 1 of the 5 nights that we stayed. The hours were posted to be open until 10, but it was not. The a/c in the rooms was difficult to regulate. Maybe it was us, but we put it at 70 and it was way too cold. Put it at 73 and it it was warm . So inconsistent The room itself was large but the toilet and shower room was small as were the sink and closet. Not much storage in the dresser either. I realize that this is not the fault of this Courtyard, and is the layout of this particular place. Also disappointed that no breakfast vouchers were offered. We are usually given those when we stay at Marriotts where no free breakfasts are provided. We did ask, and were told no. Our stay was definitely adequate, but not our favorite.
