The car park was full of vans, not enough parking for rooms, as I'm disabled we had a ground floor room. ( disabled rooms are only single ). The bathroom was tiny the smallest I've ever seen in a triangle shape with a step to get in. This hotel would be OK , if you want budget, we had booked to return on our way back from Germany, but made a choice to not return, and booked another hotel. There is a no refund policy but the right decision for us. I think this hotel is a stop off catering more for workers.

For the 7th time we chose this fun and sympathetic hotel. Super friendly reception, quiet ”basic” rooms with a good shower and a good mattress, a nice breakfast. The formerly beautiful Contrexéville is now faded glory but you still feel the richness of honour. Also that nostalgia attracts us. A km away we are on the table in Pasta Company, a hippo Italian restaurant (with bowling). Also for our next stop we will choose again Enzo!
