We stopped in Charleville-Mezieres on our way from Burgundy to Paris and spent the night at this little boutique hotel. Unique and fresh decor. It was such a pleasant surprise and quite affordable. The owner, along with the the director of the hotel, greeted us and made our stay very comfortable. Their partnership with a local caterer made for an excellent dinner and breakfast. Good location to walk to places of interest. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel has so much potential. Attention has obviously been paid to the decor. But it disappoints on facilities and staff attitude. There is no fridge in the room and the hotel bar seems to be closed from 8pm. Don't dare make any noise, like talking or laughing when the female manager is present or you will be scolded like a child and told to respect the other guests, while she herself has absolutely no respect for the guests in the first place. If you ar looking for a hotel with a warm welcome and a smile, please avoid. The sad thing is that the male who checked us in was incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome, but that changed abruptly.

In a somewhat gray city in January, in the rain, we suddenly discover a magnificent atypical establishment, full of charm and curiosities, with perfect comfort (room size, bedding, breakfast), all orchestrated with great professionalism by Estelle and her team! A real discovery not to be missed.

Hello we stayed there from August 14 to 15, air conditioning too cold impossible to adjust. Manager very rude on the phone saying dogs are prohibited while on the Tripadvisor site they are noted as authorized. She claims that we would have arrived by hiding the dog while this lady and her employee saw us arriving with the dog. The employee says she did not see the dogs when we went out twice and took a drink that she served us in the lounge area. People of bad faith (the manager) and haughty. I do not recommend just for the air conditioning and the unpleasant side of the director. Who does she think she is? Quelle heureuse surprise de découvrir cet hôtel conçu comme un cocon d’un confort et d’une modernité déconcertante Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi vers 16h. Accueil plus que chaleureux et on nous accompagnait jusqu’à la chambre Très belle chambre spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable Literie neuve et très confortable Couleur douce et appairante. L’hôtel possède une jolie cour bien aménagée, fauteuil confortable pour siroter un cocktail au calme Déco originale de baignoires plantées de plantes et aromates On s’y sent bien et je vous conseille particulièrement le restaurant où nous sommes allés deux soirs de suite Cuisine saine, produits frais et sublimés bravo à la cheffe Nous sommes repartis le dimanche matin ravis de notre séjour et j’espère que nous reviendrons dans ce très bel endroit

Le style surprend positivement dès l'arrivée... Dans ce vieux bâtiment industriel réaménagé avec goût... L'accueil est agréable et les informations données sont précises et détaillées... Une vraiment première bonne impression... Là où ça se gâte, c'est au restaurant ou plutôt une mauvaise cantine... Les plats sont réchauffés... Le cabillaud et risotto... Une blague... Le poisson arrive trop cuit sur un riz aux petits pois sorti du micro-onde immangeable, insipide qui n'a rien d'un risotto... La rondelle de courgette carbonisée sur sa cuillerée de purée de carotte est à l'image du riz... Bref l'enchantement de l'arrivée s'est arrêté 45 minutes plus tard, à table. A 26€ le menu entrée/plat ou plat/fromage c'est juste hors de prix... Et au delà du prix ça n'a mérite même pas le titre de restaurant. Dommage!

Très bon accueil, disponibilité, serviabilité, agréable. Tres bien situé. Hôtel, propre, calme, le restaurant est bon. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, rapport qualité prix un peu déséquilibré. L’hôtel est conçu de façon originale et les chambres sont belles, design très sympa. Petit bémol, côté ventilation et une tendance à l’humidité.

A fuir, les propriétaires ne sont pas humains, j'ai eu le COVID et avec 40 de fièvre je n'ai pas pu voyager et bien sur comme j'étais très malade, j'ai oublié d'annuler le soir même la chambre pour 2 nuits, j'ai expliqué ma situation et je leur ai demandé de reporter les nuits car j'allais revenir, ils m'ont dit non et que le COVID nétait plus ce qu'il était et que je serai prélévé des 2 nuits d'hôtel et m'ont même menacé de me poursuivre si j'écrivais un mauvais avis. Et bien Chers propriétaires sachez que je suis une personne à risque et qu'il y des décès dus au Covid. Et que j'en suis encore atteinte. Merci pour vos jugement Vu votre posture et vos avis sur la question du covid je vous invite à travailler pour la recherche mais pas pour accueillir des clients.
