Pleasant stay Every other stay the pool is not in working condition. There was a damaged door in the back which is both inconvenient and unsafe. The door had to be propped open.

Don’t pass by this one!! What a wonderful last night of our very long drive from Florida to Wisconsin! The property is updated, clean, and SO comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with many options to choose from. A couple of miles off the interstate means it’s very quiet.

A nice quiet room. The hotel had a bad odor. There was mold in the fridge. The pool was closed for renovations.

First thing I found hair in the bathroom floor The bathtub had a big crack in it that pinched my foot The shower curtain had black mold on the bottom of it I told the hotel staff what I had found The only thing she said was she would look into it

I do not understand how this property has a 9.2 rating (the posted rating when I booked). The room and bed were fine. The reason for the low rating is the musty smell in the room. We washed the air conditioner's filters but it didn't help much. I'll be plagued with sinus issues the rest of my trip!

Hotel was clean and in decent shape, but pool was out of service. Looked like it had been for a while. I would have appreciated a heads up in advance given we would not have stayed here had we known the pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was limited selection (no fruit) in a cramped space.

Charlestown Overall, stay was pleasant and convenient. Two things need to be improved on. Toilet was very hard to flush, and would keep running after it finally did flush. Secondly, I killed five stink bugs, a type of beetle, in the room. I think they were getting in around or through the air conditioner. Also, the toilet seat was much too loose in my room, and it was broke in my daughter’s room.
