This hotel is hard to find, the location is quite unique. The service staff are rather cold. But the room is very hygienic and clean.

很一般，僅僅為了歇腳。衞生間裏沒有香皂，瓶裝的洗手液也是空的，擠嘴上居然還有一根毛髮！空調聲音響徹不停，很吵！床單上還有黑色的灰塵顆粒！忘了拍照片，衞生條件真的堪憂

Bathroom floor not clean. Ooh. Out of soap in bathroom hand pump. Short one towel. Uneven floor in room. No heavenly shower head that most Holiday Inn express have.

Nice place everything was clean and new, no complaints. Some of the reviews are read were less than stellar. Just remember you can't make everybody happy and some people just love to complain.

Very clean and updated rooms. The continental breakfast was outstanding and the Staff worked really hard at keeping it clean

There were multiple ***** in the tub and around the toilet. Floor was sticky. Not a good experience.

It was a stay because dr appt early at women's and children's hospital. It was convenient and just right for us.

Very convenient to walk to the civic center for an event! We’ve stayed here a couple times before and will be staying in the future!
