Hyatt House Charleston/Mount Pleasant

Our stay at the Hyatt House was very good. The location is conveniently located in a quiet area of MT Pleasant with shops within walking distance. It is also only 10 minutes from historical downtown Charleston. The staff at the hotel from housekeeping, to the breakfast team were all exceptionally friendly and attentive. Dominique and Dani who were on front desk duty were the icing on the cake, as they were very hospitable, and knowledgeable about the Charleston area, always ready to assist us whenever we needed assistance. We are looking forward to staying again, with the hopes of having a wider selection of cable TV channels, and the option to use our Netflix account.(It seemed that BET as well as other channels were scrambled with the cable provider that The Hyatt House uses).

Short stay but very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay at the Hyatt House again.

The property was beautiful, and clean. Breakfast was good lots of varieties of foods. We supposed to stayed for 3 days but we decided to checked out on the 2 days. We were disspointed because they never pick up the garbages and towels. I had to call customer service and requested a clean towels. Before the clean towel arrive I dropped off dirty one by the door but it was never pick up till we checked out on Saturday morning. I am not sure about the cleaning policy. But we were very dissapointed..

Could not get AAA or AARP discounts and no credit for points booked thru reservation tried to get hotel directly I am a Globalist.

I was in the area for an extended weekend and was just looking for a place to rest my head and possibly get my day started with a good breakfast. Well, this hotel more than did the trick and the free daily breakfast was awesome. Getting to use the little gym each day was also a nice bonus. Just wish it was like 10 degrees warmer outside so I could have tried out the nice pool.

This was our second time staying at this Hyatt with our dogs and it was excellent. Our room had everything we needed, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free breakfast was great! Thank you Hyatt!

Room was a bit smaller than some other hotel brands but was clean. Breakfast was not as hot as it should have been...omelets tepid, tater tots cool. We ended up going out for breakfast after the first day. Staff was very friendly though and the hotel was modern.

If you have your own transportation, the property is a great value, very well located and everything is convienient.
