There was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

The hotel had many positive aspects, such as cleanliness and a great breakfast. However, we encountered some challenges with parking. We arrived late and had to park across the street in the rain, as the valet parking option was not mentioned during check-in. It would be helpful if staff could provide this information to guests upon arrival, especially given the one-way streets in the area. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but improved communication about parking options would enhance the experience.

The best part of this stay was the breakfast bar and it was close to the hospital.
However the last night we stayed we had a fire alarm in the middle of the morning and had to go outside. This would not have been a big deal if it hadn't happened just last year in a different Embassy. What's going on. Does this hotel need up grades on the electricity. Both places the one in WV and the one in Missouri had an electrical fire smell. This is unacceptable.

Be aware No Parking and off parking is a little bit of a walk from the hotel if you park for yourself or pay a ridiculous amount for valet

I enjoy staying at Embassy suites because of the good service, how clean it is and the comfortable rooms. The only thing I did not like this time was when a lady was doing her daughter's hair in the breakfast area and NOT ONE OF THE MGR'S said anything to her after I complained. This was very disheartening to me :(

The breakfast was ok. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We called for housekeeping on our second day and they never came. The 3rd day they did come. We would stay here again

Spacious and clean suite. We enjoyed our stay. Would have really enjoyed a hot tub in the pool area and maybe a better quality blanket in the bedding pack for the sofa sleeper. All in all, a great place to stay. Would stay again.
