The hotel stay was great! The staff helped when we needed anything and the rooms were better than I expected.

The price was great especially since the other places next to it charge alot more. It’s nothing fancy but the rooms are clean and the staff is helpful. Free internet and breakfast. Would recommend to others.

We regularly utilize the Holiday Inn Express for our annual National Prayer Garden event. Your support and quality are understanding, and your service has always been above average. However, last month, (September7-11) a new clerk Jennifer Wallace inserted herself into our booking process as the point of contact. In the past Pam had always provided superb service as our Point of Contact. This new clerk Jennifer Wallace was impatient, inconsiderate, and appeared confused most of the time which resulted in an overall poor customer service experience. The disorganization was so much so that it resulted in a an overcharge and then a subsequent refusal to refund the overcharge. That's a bad business look! Given some coaching, an additional training perhaps Jennifer Wallace could develop the civility and consideration necessary for success in your business and to provide an exceptional customer service experience moving forward. However, we will not be utilizing any IHG Hotels or Resorts in the future as a result.
Hampton Inn Waldorf

We had an overall nice stay. The bed was comfortable, even though there was a middle school field trip on the 2nd floor, our floor was relatively quiet and we didn't have any problems with noise keeping us away. Since many of the hotel guests were on buses, we didn't have to go around back ever to find parking. I had read there were sometimes problems at the back of the parking lot and I can understand why with the woods there. It was convenient to walk to Cracker Barrel for dinner one night. The negatives: The pillows were extremely uncomfortable for both of us. Usually, I prefer the feather (or down-like) pillows and my husband prefers the feather-free type in Hampton Inns, but neither of us liked these. They seemed to be filled with air and then went flat when I laid my head on it. Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inn stays in the past year. The regular waffle batter was either too thick to come out or was empty for two days. The one morning, we were there an hour before breakfast ended and there was almost nothing in the bread and pastry box and other items were out as well. I stood around for a while to ask a worker about it, but eventually gave up when I didn't see anyone. Additionally, with a sign on the bathroom mirror that says Housekeeping only upon request, I was quite upset to come back and see my room had been cleaned. I know you usually hear the opposite, but if housekeeping is coming into my room, I put away my electronics, move my pajamas off of the bed and more.

If you do not mind room doors and outside doors that do not close behind you. Horrible water pressure in the shower, then this is not a bad hotel. Just ask for a room on the first floor because there is no elevator.
Hilton Garden Inn Waldorf

My fiancé and I stayed here on July 14 2022 for one night. The hotel was busy because I found only two parking spaces. We ended up booking and checking in after midnight. Leonard was very nice and helped us check in. Our room was a standard Hilton room. The bathroom had a walk in tile shower but the shower floor looked dirty. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was available but we didn't participate. I paid in total $248.65 for one night. I really didn't think it was worth that much. I would stay here again but not for that price.
