Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

No sanitization. No cleanliness. Bathrooms are slippery and smells of damp. Bedsheets are dirty. You can find dead insects and cockroachs on bed. Pillow covers are stained. Ceilings are cracking. Half of the lights are not working, the ones that are working are broken. Pool is extremely dirty, can't even dip your feets there. Entire property is a mess. Mud is being dumped right at the entrance. Garbage is also dumped right besides the room. On top of this they didn't give us check in to our room until 5pm, as the room was not ready.

+: the hotel is new, has its own territory with security behind the fence, quiet -: the main minus is the terrible service: 1. While we were waiting to check in, they didn’t even offer us a glass of water and generally treated us as stuffy as possible; 2. The registration process itself took a lot of time, they scanned our passports for 10 minutes each, although we offered them in advance, but they refused! 3. The room was not ready, there were three of us and the reservation was paid for 3 people! But there was no bed, no towels and nothing at all for the third person, when we called we were told that the room was ready for two, uh, how do you register three people and put them in a room for two… They literally knocked out the bed, they told us, do you need it now? (no, damn it, tomorrow) and in general there is little space left, in general we had to run around. 4. 3/4 of the bottles in the shower (shampoo, conditioner and soap) were empty (had to ask separately to change them); 5. There are only 4 sun loungers and two chairs for the entire pool, clearly less than the number of people in the hotel; 6. There are no balconies, the windows do not open, there is absolutely nowhere to dry things, which is strange for a beach hotel; A few more nuances: they do not allow delivery to the hotel grounds and they do not bring them to your room either, you will have to walk to the gate; drinking your own drinks and eating by the pool is prohibited by hotel rules (you can only buy from them);
