Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

Отдыхала с дочкой 14 лет в течении 5 дней, отель шикарный, сервис супер, особенно Шеф в ресторане, всегда выйдет все узнает и обязательно предложит очень вкусные блюда, ребята в ресторане тоже молодцы, ресепшен на уровне, Бассейн классный, фитнес тоже. Единственный может минус расположение отеля от пляжа и пляж не оборудован для релакса , чисто с местными попрыгать на волнах, но мы брали такси и ездили по разным пляжам , на своем были пару дней. Рядом с отелем отличная аптека купили много чего с собой в Москву а также в пешей доступности супермаркет. Вывод на 4-5 дней отель супер, особенно Еда в ресторане, сам номер и бассейн а также дружелюбный персонал

As a solo traveling woman I was craving some luxury and comfort and I found all of it at the JW Mariott. I spent an amazing day at the pool where I enjoyed top notch service and food. Shoutout to Deepak, Loli and Aman for taking care of me. In the early evening there was a DJ that played some Adam Port and other popular deep house music. Thank you!

I arrived at noon and Isa Garod took me on a tour through the hotel. Gym and Entertainment facilities are extremely well equipped, there are several restaurants to pick from. But the view is the thing that really got me: it was a brief glimpse of Paradise. Isa timed it well too, so I was able to enjoy the sunset from the pool, enjoying a drink in my hand. Overall the food was good, but it was the employees that made the real difference: very friendly and customer oriented. On top of that the beach is close, you may also visit the old fortress on foot. Highly recommend.

The hotel was a perfect oasis of calm & serenity during our 4 nights. Our visit started with the warmest of welcomes, with complementary champagne and the arrival team doing everything possible to make us feel welcome. The staff make this hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff have been so engaging, all with beaming smiles and a genuine interest in their guests. Nothing is too much trouble, the level of service is exemplary and their passion for the hotel is clear to see. Every member of staff was a delight to engage with, but Mhale and Sen in the Heliconia restaurant are outstanding advocates. The food is exceptional. The buffet breakfast has to be seen to be believed, and is reported to be the biggest in Goa. The executive chef team were always engaging with guests to ensure their culinary experience was of the highest level. We would highly recommend Heliconia for dinner - especially the lobster, black cod & seabass dishes! It is the design of the hotel that makes it such a tranquil place to visit. The hotel is built amongst mature trees and established gardens. The use of steel, granite, wood & glass in the building’s construction allows it to blend sympathetically with the lush landscape. We loved this hotel and had a wonderful visit. Highly recommended.

The moment we entered we could feel the luxury and warmth! The hotel is very subtle and the staff is very polite! Mr Gousse and Miss Yojan helped us a lot through out, they made sure we were comfortable in the entire stay! The rooms are really amazing! Best part is the pool! Couldn’t get enough of it! Food, breakfast and everything is to die for! I had such a good experience here! Must visit and recommend to everyone
