JW Marriott Goa

Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly lovely and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property has a serene, zen-like atmosphere. The pool area is a good size, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a vast selection that was thoughtfully curated. Our balcony room was spacious, though the bathroom left something to be desired—the shower area was somewhat uncomfortable and not very practical. The hotel’s location is excellent; however, I recommend avoiding the nearby restaurants, as they tend to be overpriced and often empty. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel for its welcoming ambiance and amenities.

The best property in Goa. Have been to Goa several times but this stay was simply the best. The hospitality is the best. They have a very friendly staff. This property is certainly recommended. The breakfast is widespread. They have an entertainment zone for kids as well. Will surely plan a stay soon at the JW Marriott Vagator

Spent 3 nights / 4 days here, pre-Diwali. My 8-year-olds were engaged, happy and at peace here, with activities at Neon, with the pool and with soft toy gifts. Shoutout to Shruti at Neon to keep them entertained many times, and to Sora, Mousumi & team at JW Kitchen (restaurant) for spoiling them. Highly recommend the incredible breakfast spread.

Its nice staycation. I went with my family for goa trip and staying at Marriott is always wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast. If i am not wrong my parents told Maddy took good care of them. Being also a Marriott member is also cherry on top. Thank you Marriott see u again

Definitely a long over due review,but better late than never. My family and I stayed at the property between the 6th and 10th of Oct . During this time , Rakhi and her team (Prithish, Bhaskar, Sen and Chumi) spared no expense in making our stay comfortable! Kudos to their hospitality and service! Our 6yr old thoroughly enjoyed herself and is already longing to go back! JW Goa is definitely a place where luxury meets warmth and hospitality!

This is to review my stay for 3 nights across 12 rooms at JW Mariott Goa. Our stay was very pleasant with excellent F&B and Front Office service. Some initial hickups with room bookings with the sales team. Caution: Please ensure every minute detail of the stay is negotiated properly. Any service will be exorbitantly chargeable if asked for later on. Rest the Bfast spread is excellent. Thanks to Mridul and Arun for organising a great experience. I would recommend this property to everyone wanting a luxurious stay in Goa

My husband and I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Goa for two nights, expecting a luxurious and memorable experience. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by an incident during a professional photo shoot we had arranged on the hotel premises. Midway through the shoot, a manager Pankaj Bhist rudely interrupted us, objecting to our taking pictures despite the fact that we were simply capturing personal memories. The situation escalated when the manager threatened to confiscate our camera, making us feel both unwelcome and harassed. This was completely inappropriate and not in line with the service we expect from a brand like Marriott. While the hotel’s Director of Operations has since apologized, their response was vague and lacked any specific corrective actions to prevent such unprofessional behavior in the future. For a hotel that prides itself on exceptional service, this incident left us disappointed and uncomfortable. Given my professional experience managing a large portfolio of hotels, including Marriott properties, I am particularly surprised and disheartened by this lapse in service. I expected more from a hotel of this caliber. I sincerely hope Marriott takes serious action to address these issues, as guests deserve to feel valued and respected during their stay. I left the complaint in my Marriott Bonvoy platform and unfortunately JW failed to post it as they only prefer good reviews and real reviews and left at their discretion . It’s very shameful.
