There was only one employee at check-in at 4:30 p.m., which caused a huge line.
The breakfast area had only one employee to replenish the items and at the same time clean the tables. This is undignified and causes embarrassment to customers. Since all the tables were dirty, I had nowhere to sit and in the only place with space, the guest tried to stop me, claiming that the space was reserved.
