Very good, we arrived in the city at night and luckily the hotel was available, it was an event day in the city. We were well received, a large room with a comfortable bed, the bathroom with a shower with plenty of pressure, the shower could be a little bigger but ok. Good breakfast.

The hotel is good and is ok value for money if you don't use the restaurant or have a lot of free time. The result of my criticism and low rating is to draw attention to this point. Today, a Wednesday, a work colleague and I, after 7 / yes seven hours on the road to Porto Alegre, thought. It's nice to eat something quick and tasty at the hotel without going out and going downstairs to rest. We placed the order at 9pm. The dishes arrived at 9:50 pm. The restaurant is huge and there were very few tables available. The excuse was room service. So don't operate à la carte. So be warned that the dish you choose may take 1 hour. I would have ordered toast or an omelet. It would have been fair is much more transparent. My filet came very salty and the portion of Swiss potatoes was mini mini. I eat very little and found the portion super small. I won't be back and of course I'm here recording everything because the management is not outsourced but by Bertaso himself.
