Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

Não gostei, a brusqueta vem uma unidade e custa 32 reais, pedi um carbonara que veio extremamente salgado, minha esposa pediu um risotto e veio macarrão, ainda que eles tenham trocado, o que seria o mínimo, veio também muito salgado. Pela atendente, parecia que eles estavam fazendo um favor pra os clientes que ali estavam. Enfim, não recomendo.

Sensacional. Excelente atendimento, quartos limpos e cheiros, roupas de cama de primeira, comida farta e saborosa, piscina aquecida, diversos mimos (chocolate no quarto, espumante de boas vindas, mini shampoo e condicionador da Natura, sabonete do Boticário, etc.). Pra mim, sem dúvidas, o café da manhã e o jantar foram excepcionais. Variedade enorme de opções no café no estilo buffet, acrescido das opções a la carte (omelete, queijo quente, queijo coalho com melado, croque-monsieur, etc.). O jantar no estilo bistrô (entrada, prato principal e sobremesa). Os valores justos das bebidas. Musica ambiente agradável. Enfim, super recomendo.

Pousada agradável e elegante
A pousada é muito bem localizada, a estrutura é maravilhosa e o atendimento é muito atencioso, mas a conservação deixa muito a desejar. Seria muito bom se os proprietários dessem uma atenção para trocar as peças danificadas pela umidade e mofo e dar um trato na pintura dos quartos. A cozinha tem um cardápio bem requintado e as preparações são dignas de restaurantes de alto padrão.
