Very disappointing hotel. I'm sure at one time the hotel was a great property but it is now in serious need of investment attention and care. The park next to the property has been closed for the last 5 years which is not mentioned or obvious when booking. The staff are not uniformed so hard to tell who is staff and most of them are sat around doing nothing but looking at their mobiles. we waited an eternity for our meal in the restaurant and the 1st night there was a function so unable to order a meal or sit in the restaurant. The same cigarette butt remained on the floor to the entrance of the property for 3 days.

Sensacional. Excelente atendimento, quartos limpos e cheiros, roupas de cama de primeira, comida farta e saborosa, piscina aquecida, diversos mimos (chocolate no quarto, espumante de boas vindas, mini shampoo e condicionador da Natura, sabonete do Boticário, etc.). Pra mim, sem dúvidas, o café da manhã e o jantar foram excepcionais. Variedade enorme de opções no café no estilo buffet, acrescido das opções a la carte (omelete, queijo quente, queijo coalho com melado, croque-monsieur, etc.). O jantar no estilo bistrô (entrada, prato principal e sobremesa). Os valores justos das bebidas. Musica ambiente agradável. Enfim, super recomendo.

Bonito mas decadente
O quarto tinha mofo e para não notarmos é borrifado uma essência com cheiro de pinho sol limão pelas paredes do quarto (nota-se onde o líquido escorreu pelas paredes). Tentamos abrir a janela para sair um pouco o cheiro mas dava para um canteiro de obras. Os funcionários são nota mil pois ao solicitarmos a troca de quarto, rapidamente nos atenderam. Nota mil também para as moças da limpeza e cozinha, muito simpáticas. O local é lindo mas está caindo aos pedaços. Muito mofo, janela do banheiro quebrada, papel higiênico horrível, toalhas ásperas...falta manutenção! Os proprietários deveriam focar em arrumar o que já tem ao invés de construir novos quartos. Caro para o que é oferecido, não voltaria.

Ótima localização, pertinho do centrinho da Chapada! Pousada charmosa, ambientes agradáveis e muito bem conservada! Está em obras, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muitas variedades e produtos de qualidade! O restaurante da pousada também é muito bom, vale experimentar! Os quartos muito limpos e bem aconchegante! Falta apenas um pouco mais de simpatia de alguns funcionários! Pena que ficamos pouco tempo para curtir mais a pousada! Super indico

Este hotel foi a melhor escolha que tívemos na viagem! Localização bem central. Acomodações bem aconchegantes, ducha ótima e um secador de toalhas que ajuda muito. Piscina e espaços de descanso bem aproveitados. Café da manhã excelente, boa variedade e com suco natural. Chá da tarde foi uma grata surpresa, o chá e os bolos são uma delícia! E o jantar foi o melhor que tivemos em Chapada. Equipe bem treinada e prestativa. Pontos para melhoria: Wi-fi do quarto é muito ruim. E orientar os colaboradores que estão na obra de ampliação para não conversarem de manhã quando estiverem passando próximo as quartos.

Ficamos 5 dias hospedados e foi tudo maravilhoso! O quarto é muito aconchegante, a ducha é ótima e o secador de toalhas ajuda muito. Café da manhã também foi muito gostoso, uma boa variedade e com suco natural. Amei o chá da tarde oferecido pelo hotel, o chá é uma delícia. O jantar foi uma grata surpresa, a melhor refeição que tivemos em Chapada. A equipe é muito bem treinada e prestativa. E a piscina é muito boa. O único porém é que o hotel está em ampliação, e as vezes acordavamos com a conversa dos trabalhadores da obra.
