房間很小，打開行李箱就沒有下腳的地方了。其他設施冬天都不可用，游泳池關閉，健身房全部發黴，整個院也衹有一個老式洗衣機，也就是説不能烘乾衣服，這個價位配套這樣狹小的房間和設施真的太貴了。院內有KTV，當天唱歌到十二點，難以入睡.
前台小姐姐和小哥哥的服務是蠻好的

民宿整體設計很上相
但其實房間內部設計 一塌糊塗
活動空間非常狹小 用起來非常不方便
但能在這種地方有這樣的民宿已經很不錯了
對於前台服務 都還是蠻不錯的
直到 有天早上 我們還在睡覺 就有人拿着房卡刷卡進來了
把我們嚇得不輕 那個人意識到裏面還有人就出去了
也沒致歉之類的 覺得這樣很不尊重客人私隱和安全
早餐就是幾個包子 幾個蒸餃 科技蛋 白粥和鹹菜
看了都沒胃口的那種
這個地方是不會再來了

前台工作人員超級好，進門辦理會細心詢問，而且非常體貼，會主動幫忙拿行李，民宿在鎮上，出去吃飯很方便，回來就在茶吧坐坐聊天喝茶，這裏的鳳凰單叢茶很好喝，茶韻味很特別，房間裏面設施齊全，早餐是自助式，民宿還有KTV，很驚喜

找茶來到鳳凰鎮，旁邊是鳳凰單叢水仙博物館，有這樣一個民宿、真是幸福。服務很有人情味，到處都在訴説單叢文化。

服務很好，管家有求必應。服務人員很温柔，很有禮貌。裝修很舒服，下雨天聽雨飲茶是一種享受，還可以在圖書室選一本書看書，真好。
