Very pleasant hotel. My family and I really enjoyed staying at the Campanile hotel. In the lobby there is very delicious sour plum tea. The laundry room is also very good, there are several washing machines and dryers available. The service from the hotel staff is also very friendly.

Highly recommend this hotel. I think they upgraded our room. It was huge room. Supper is a nice touch even though it's a simple one. Staff are friendly and helpful. Transport is not so convenient as Chaozhou doesn't have the subway but booking a ride with Didi is quite affordable.

Location is a bit far out from walking. Attraction area.
Check in & check out was fast.
Was up grade to better room which is more spacious and clean. Which they using technology for lighting, curtain, toilet, TV. Cleanliness room ,as only the aircon take few hour to let the room cool down which a bit down part for me. Overall is recommended hotel to stay.

The name can be a bit misleading as it is not that close to the old town - Plan around a 20-30 min walk to reach it. There’s also not much food choice around, mostly construction stores. Hotel is clean, service is nice, breakfast is okay.
