潮州迎賓館位置很好，規模很大環境很好，設施齊全，雖比較陳舊但總體評價還是不錯。衹是前台接待專業不夠好，我們問酒店位置，應該告訴客人在海關、税務大廈周邊就好找。早餐還可以，以後有去潮州還會入住。

賓館環境很好，也很安靜，就是早期建築的，早餐相對簡單可以接受，五一期間性價比一般，不過住一個晚上是可以的

續住了一天，去逛了開元寺及廣濟橋，人真多呀！酒店的保潔大姐非常親切，還給介紹了當地人常去吃飯的地方，早餐也不錯。

前台給我安排的房間非常差，淋浴房漏水，衞生間臭味大，房間外面兩個大風扇，不定時發出噪音，玻璃窗都長了青苔，房間連最基本的防火面罩都沒有，在我的要求下送來的。我去前台反應，被告知，你的房間是甩賣價，就是這種房間，你可以到攜程去問，不能換，態度和表情非常囂張，我晚上詢問攜程客服他們根本不知道是這種情況，和酒店溝通後，酒店依舊不給換房間。早餐也非常簡單，連切片麪包都沒有，這是我住過最差的三星酒店。
