I knew that someone had made a reservation, but I didn't even think about going over to clean it and check whether the facilities were normal... This kind of service attitude is extremely bad! 大街小院 前台的小姐姐超級好 衞生環境很乾凈 環境特別好，佈置得很温馨，還有四樓的空中花園也很舒服，夏天來着喝茶吹風應該很愜意 不得不説地理位置超級無敵“正”在各個景點的中心，去哪都近，東南西北能通八方，開元寺，牌坊街，潮州府城，已略黃中祠，廣濟橋都在附近一圈，西馬路附近小吃特別好，

真的很喜歡這 古色古香 位置好出來就是牌坊街 晚上還能看燈光秀 房間空間大服務也好 多次入住了 假期記得提前預訂哦

小院位置在古城中間，到各個景點都挺近的，院外買特產吃美食都挺方便，院子裏面鬧中取靜，佈置得很温馨，木樓符合我對古城的預期，很不錯的體驗。

酒店房間很小，有黴味，不乾淨，主要是服務太差，太差，前台永遠一副你欠她錢的樣子，多一句都懶得和你説，多要一瓶水也會被説，沒有任何服務，感受非常差

地理位置很便利，出門就是牌坊街，離廣濟橋很近，屬於核心景區範圍，客棧比較有特色，設施一般，建議定期檢修，房間空間還可以
