The host and his wife are very enthusiastic. The location is basically two or three kilometers away from the surrounding attractions. The rooms are consistent with the description and are very clean. I booked for one night at the beginning, and then stayed for two more nights. Later, some friends go to Chaozhou. Play, will recommend to friends! Like Like Like 👍🏻

設施：很一般，床單類不是純白的，所以看不出來是不是每天都會換洗。隔音非常差，一個晚上不停地聽到廁所那邊傳來其它樓層用水時的水流聲，睡不着根本沒法睡。位置跟服務都還不錯。

房東自建房，改成專業民宿，在一樓一眼能看到營業執照和專業民宿獲獎訊息，還能看到派出所貼的温馨提醒，房間不大，但佈置的很乾凈舒服，就是空調正對着床頭吹，怎麼調風向都不對，建議裝個擋風板，牀板也有點硬，其他的還好，位置不錯，停車也方便。

整體感覺還不錯，安靜，里老城也近，走路就可以。女房東人挺和善的。有地方曬衣服，有洗衣桶，但能再有個小臉盆那洗衣服就更方便，熱水不是很穩定。

房間打掃得比較乾淨，廁所角落沒有污漬，裝修簡單美觀，配置細節，需要晾衣架掛鈎的地方都有。熱水器熱水充足沒問題。地方離市區有點距離，離古城還好，西榮路一個小區旁有共享電動車騎過去十幾分鍾。房東大姐人很好，我在潮州第二天吃錯了東西后麪腸胃炎吃不了外面的葷腥，房東大姐一直投餵我，房間沒拍照吃的倒是拍了，笑死。

設備很齊全，衞生也很好，設施佈置都看得出用心！但是！！隔音真的太差了（哭泣）隔壁洗澡放水的聲音超級大，像打雷，他們回來得晚，一兩點才睡，我就跟着他們熬夜……

有收費停車場停車方便，套間乾淨，新裝修的，走出去就是濱江長廊，哪裡的雲很美，我們是走路去廣濟橋和牌坊街，沿路河堤很美，邊走邊拍，走了一個多小時，其實才2.6公里，忘記拍房間了，這是沿路景色

由於我是一行4人有老有小的去潮州玩幾天，因此我找住的首要條件就是要清靜安全，木易滿足了我的所有要求，衣服可以洗曬，出入也方便，離古城是稍微有點距離，但購物找吃也算方便，而且還很適合穿街走巷找隱匿在深巷的味道。
最最最滿意的是木易的房東叔叔和房東阿姨超好的，熱心介紹附近好吃又不貴的好店，還幫忙規劃遊玩路線，甚至在我們出門突遇大雨時還願意幫我們把晾曬的衣服收進屋，實在該給100分好評
