This homestay is incredibly good value for money! Located right on Paifang Street, it's super convenient with plenty of food, drinks, and shopping options nearby. The owner even upgraded my room to a tatami room. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean, although the mattress felt a bit firm, perhaps because I'm used to softer mattresses. Overall, a great stay at a really affordable price – excellent value!

臨時決定在潮州住一晚，看網評定了這個民宿，我們從高鐵站坐公交車去的，下車跟着導航走挺好找的，出去找吃的方便，出去逛景點也很方便，整體滿意

我們到客棧的時候都已經凌晨一點多了，老闆還一直在等，跟我説基本24小時都有人在的，什麼時候到店都沒問題，聽着很暖心呀。
家庭房這個房間視野不錯，有帶陽台，附近都沒有遮擋，看得到古城四周一大片古民居，衞生各方面都不錯，就是古城這邊民宿都是步梯，還好老闆都有幫忙提行李箱上樓，不錯不錯，下次還會再來。老闆家還有一衹可愛的貓咪哦！

大年初三到達這所別問客棧，位置非常的偏僻，非常不好找！房子非常舊舊舊舊，房間措施也跟不上，洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，每洗一個人，就要等1個多小時才有熱水，
衞生：衞生看圖片就不用多説了，5點半辦理入住，6點半全身起紅疹子紅疙瘩，懂得人都懂，癢得程度，脖子，背部，腿，全部都是，搞🉐️新年還要跑醫院看病，醫葯費就不説了，還造成我的精神損失，
服務：在門口前台辦理的是這家店的老闆娘，態度超級的不好，我們一家四口辦理入住，她説我訂的衹能2人入住，這不是為難我們，還要我們取消訂單，新年你讓我們去哪裡找酒店，還非常的大聲，很兇，訂這家客棧的客人就要注意注意了！
設施：根本就不像一家正經的民宿！該有的沒有！
衞生：灰塵特別多，床上四件套還有蟎蟲，衞生超級不達標？
按金！還扣我的200按金不退還！****客棧呀！這是我住過這麼多的酒店，第一次遇到這家的酒店！**！衞生不説，還不退按金！一家四口不能入住的哦！衞生不達標還令人滿身起紅疙瘩！

獨門獨院的三層樓，我們的房間很好，二樓有陽光，兩面大窗，房間也寬敞，rx唯一不足是第一天洗了個冷水澡，洗了一半就沒熱水了，店家説可能是燒水時間太短了，洗手盆倒是一直有熱水，後兩天也就沒再洗了。位置不錯，剛進牌坊街左手往裡走就是，離甲第巷很近，就在古城裡麪，隨便轉轉就有吃的，很方便。
