自建房，所以和商品房的體驗感會不同；居住面積是整層樓，大約200平。到潮州不趕巧，一直有下雨，哈哈，這麼大面積剛好適合小朋友室內活動。
房東也很熱情，及時補充了雨傘、紙巾等物資 。
美中不足，就是，這麼大面積，衞生間好小，而且沒有個冰箱存放東西

房東人超好，三個房間，兩個衞生間，還有很大的客廳。住的房間很乾凈而且佈置的很温馨。房間有投影儀，晚上我和女兒兩人住一間，很温馨。重點是房子面積超大，一家人住起來特別舒適。出門就有電動車可以租，去哪裡都很方便。樓下就有停車位，位置也很好找。下次去潮汕還會入住。
