民宿在古城邊上，高鐵站坐K2可到，舊城安靜睡覺很舒服，交通便利，樓下不遠就有很多本地小吃，有一家手工綠豆餅非常好吃。
房東把房子收拾的很細緻，乾淨衞生。

停車必須要説，不要開進來，一條道到底，很難調頭，路窄剛好輪壓水溝蓋過車身，要是輪陷進去了，拖車都開不進去。還有些鋼筋條刺頭露外面，晚上進來沒看見，白天一看真怕紮了胎。就算你車小技術好，停進去了，你不刮蹭到別人，保不齊人家技術不好，特意看了停的那些車10台有9台半有刮蹭的。房子性價比還是可以，夏天估計比較熱，樓頂鐵皮房改裝，衞生也還算乾淨，可能住的人少，房間有點味，廚房基本也是擺擺樣子，位置：出門往左步行10分鐘左右到古城

民宿的地理位置是非常不錯的，坐落在牌樓街正對面的南春路前段的新亭巷內，此路段年數有點久遠，入內有種回到八十年代的感覺，與對面新修建的牌坊街景區產生明顯的反差。。從潮汕站做高鐵快線K2到南橋市場站下往前往右步行200米過謝家宗祠50米往右看到牆上有個新亭巷入內中段上三樓（老樓無電梯）就到了。和民宿主人電話和訊息回覆都比較及時，室內電器生活用品基本齊全，沒冰箱，我們是用不到。室內面積大比較敞亮，設施倒也齊全雖是老樣式但也還好使，衞生乾淨整潔，洗手間是蹲坑（需手勺水沖）也還好使，無異味，比較如廁次數不多。價格較其他附近民宿便宜，性價比高，我就是衝著這個價格選的，房間一大（床1.8米）一小（床1.5米）可住四人。

第一次訂民宿，抱着試一試的心態在網上訂了這個民宿房，按照房東給的定位、指引自己很快就找到了。一進入房間，乾淨衞生整潔，就和自己家一樣的感覺，完全超出原來的預期。樓下還帶個免費的停車位，附近有很多潮汕美食，到牌坊街步行衹需幾分鐘。

非常舒適，適合朋友聚會，家庭出遊，很乾凈，住的也很舒心，設備很齊全，可以放心入（節假日能住那麼便宜又舒服的真的非常可了）

位置很好，房間很安靜，很近地氣，在樓下買了當地人常賣的老街坊的茶葉，老街坊常吃的粉面，砂鍋粥，還在菜市場裏買了肉條沙茶鹹菜等，離牌坊街走路5分鐘，

建議別把車開進去，路太窄，開得渾身出冷汗，位置還可以，從左邊的小巷子可以走到廣濟橋，設施陳舊了一點，衞生過得去！但是性價比很高

近牌坊街，吃住行樣樣方便，廣濟橋和古城也在附近，景點超近超方便，吃喝都藏在小巷子裏，便宜又實惠，此行體驗不錯，景點，美食房東指導很棒。
