新裝修的房間一股味道，床墊贏得跟木板一樣，好在酒店環境和服務還都不錯！

整體來説還不錯的，入住的房間就馬桶稍有點異味，做為山中型度假酒店，晚上散步極好或半夜爬山去看日出，山路無照明，卻沒在酒店找到手電筒。早餐豐富，環境宜人。

景區環境不錯，適合家庭度假，衞生也很乾凈。可能颱風快來了，又下雨，氣温差不多20℃左右，穿短袖很冷，需要加外套。入住的人比較少，住的地方跟辦入住的地方離得比較遠，問了前台，沒有接泊車接送，還得自己開過去，服務員也沒看到，也沒什麼遊玩設施。我們住的房間剛好在路邊，晚上風呼呼響。早上的早餐一般不很豐富。

環境還可以，裝修有點舊了，自己開車上去路有點不好走，駕駛經驗不好的，還是坐觀光車上去，但早上看日出就要走多1公里多的路程，費腳🦶😂😂😂沒那麼方便

1、我住酒店從現在倒推20年都沒有付過按金了，不管是大酒店、連鎖酒店、民宿，然而乃興石湖酒店就是要收按金200元，差評。
2、整個酒店所有房間沒有洗衣機，就連整個酒店都沒有一個公用的洗衣機，有臟衣服洗不了，差評。
3、我進入房間洗完臉用他們毛巾擦臉，然後在枕頭旁邊發現一根長頭髮，我根本沒有碰到床。就覺得左邊臉有點緊，一摸原來是跟又細又長的頭髮，肯定不是我的啊，因為我剛剃過頭髮！
