距離公交車站挺近的，走過百來米就能找到。
房間大小:
屋子不算大，不過打掃的還可以。
稍微有一點老化。
沒有滲水和老化。
房間設施:
有充電線，和洗漱用品。
有電風扇，可以使用。
空調也是有的，不過沒看到遙控器。
沒有電視。嗯特價房沒有。
貌似有洗衣機，不過一直處於使用狀態，不知道客人能不能使用
衞生:
洗漱是公共的。可以洗澡，水還挺熱的。
不過水壓不算大。
床:
床還挺好睡的，不算特別軟。
被子是太快被，又暖和有輕便。

旅館規模不小的，房間不小的，床上用品也是比較乾淨的，就是地理位置離旅遊景區比較偏點，晚上沒有公交車前往，交通上有點不夠便利。

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情。但在出行交通方面，與汕頭公交相比相差甚遠。潮州的管理者在公交佈局方面的缺失以及旅遊理念的不盡人意，必定會影響旅遊業的發展。一些稍微偏點的旅店就失去了競爭力，希望有所改進。

春節期間過來住 和周圍的酒店相比價格是有絕對的優勢 房間乾淨沒看到有蟲 提供有一次性馬桶套 房間沒有空調 在這裏的時間潮州的天氣也比較陰冷 被子都感到冷透了 需要點勇氣（可以加被子）不敢洗澡 怕感冒 但水還是可以的 是儲水型熱水器 這裏就是提供一個最基本的住宿 基本的服務都會有 過節期間樓下的旅遊專線我一個都沒有等到 甚至到離開才見到古城線 這裏靠譜的衹有K2 好消息是這輛車基本能夠貫穿所有重點景點 壞消息是 要注意末班車 不然回不來 春節期間到了晚上打車很費勁 攔車到這邊一口價一人20 物資方面附近有家大潤發 補充一般用品非常給力 去大潤發的路上有一家賣甘草水果一斤18
