My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton was made truly memorable because of Kaka, an incredible staff member who went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, her warmth and professionalism stood out.
Kaka’s hospitality was superb she not only assisted with everything at the hotel but also became my personal guide to the city. She patiently explained how to use local apps, shared insider tips, and made navigating China so much easier. Her knowledge and kindness made me feel at home, and her enthusiasm was infectious.
If you’re staying here, don’t hesitate to ask for Kaka she’s like having an entire guide to China in one amazing person.

The room is spacious and clean. Receptionists are all very professional and well trained, especially Tina who is very helpful and courtiers. If go Chao Zhao definitely will stay there again.

My stay was excellent at this hotel. The reception staff helped me a lot in certain things like the laundry, et cetera, which was absolutely free of cost.
I would also like to mention the name of few staff like joy , Kaka and nini. They help me a lot to make my stay excellent, thank you very much.
