The location of the B&B is in an ancient street, which is a bit difficult to find. The B&B is a renovated multi-story private house, and the store owner is very thoughtful. The customer service lady at the front desk is very nice, very approachable and polite! Since I am very sensitive to sound, I stayed in a room next to the stairs, but the soundproofing was not good. People were walking up and down, especially families with children, talking or even shouting all the way. It was very noisy, and the quality of sleep was not good. People should book with caution. It is recommended that the bathroom in this room be changed into a dry and wet one as soon as possible. Currently, there is water on the floor after taking a shower.

Let’s talk about the shortcomings first. There is no curtain or door in the shower room, the shower water splashes everywhere, and the room is not large. As for the advantages, the location is very good, very close to Guangji Bridge, and there are many restaurants around. The B&B is new, the facilities are relatively new, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it's pretty good, because there was a little hiccup when I checked in and I didn't take any photos of the room.

Safety issue: When I first entered the door, I found that the door lock was broken, and even locking it from behind didn't work. I contacted the front desk to help with repairs and waited for more than half an hour. Later, they said that the battery was out of power. Didn't guests check it before checking in? 2. Hygiene issues: I found that there was a mineral water bottle left by the previous guest in the drawer. There was a lot of dust on the wall and floor. There was also dirt in the bathroom and shower area. I even washed it and mopped the floor~ 3. Environmental problems: There are many mosquitoes and cockroaches. My friend’s hands became allergic after sleeping there all night.

The overall environment is good, the design is simple and comfortable👍😌 It's just that the space is a bit stuffy and not ventilated enough, and the air conditioner takes a long time to cool down. Automated bathrooms and curtains are both a plus and a minus. The toilet will always open and close automatically, and will open when you are slightly closer. The sink is very close to the toilet. When a person stands at the sink, the toilet will always open and close automatically for flushing. The wooden boards of the bed frame extend beyond the mattress, making it easy to trip over. The bed is too short and can fall easily when sitting on the edge (not recommended for homes with children or the elderly) The overall stay is pretty good, suitable for young couples with best friends and friends. There is a commercial street downstairs, and the Hexiang rice rolls opposite is highly recommended👍

房間乾淨整潔，床上備品為一次性的床罩、枕頭套及被套，房間有浴袍及智能管家很是方便；酒店位置離西馬路非常近，離牌坊街、廣濟、廣濟橋也很近；房東人很好推薦了旅遊景點都訊息，最nice的是幫忙代收快遞，還有入住送一餐早餐，買不錯的。

民宿位於潮州古城內，出門左轉便是著名的西馬路美食街，遊玩逛吃非常方便，鬧中取靜，睡覺很安靜。訂了兩間房，塌塌米大床房和花園大床房，原木風，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，花園露天特別棒。一樓有茶台，大家可以喝茶聊天，很有家的氛圍。老闆和前台小姐姐非常親和，推薦了景點和美食，都沒讓人失望。美好的旅途體驗。

服務：接待很熱情，有什麼需要的也能提供到位。 環境：地理位置非常好，鬧中取靜，去古城裡的景點和吃喝都非常方便，步行到達。 設施：有點小問題，廁所沒有乾濕分離，洗澡之後廁所會有一地水。其他的設施都很好。 衞生：總的來説還可以，但是在被子上發現了小蜘蛛，房間裏也會出現一些小蟲子，希望加強一下殺蟲工作。

房間乾淨衞生，佈置温馨，智能馬桶、燈控、落地窗簾，特別是有個大露台，可以晾衣服，解決了我們在外旅遊幾天曬衣服的問題，酒店坐落於古城內，方便購買各種美食，十來分鐘可以步行到廣濟橋，非常滿意！
