It is a beautiful place . Once step in , you will be awed by the authentic, traditional oriental feel. The host took time to explain to us on the usage of the room and even helped to wipe our luggage because it was wet from the rain . He he even provide the city map and guide us on where to go, how to go about and there were some vouchers with.
At night, when we were back from our shopping, he even treated us and some other families to a cup of tea.
Oh, and we were traveling to another part of Chao Shan before we left, he help us engage a cab which bring us directly to chaoshan hotel, which saves us a lot of trouble of searching and walking.
Strongly recommended if you want to have this very authentic feel.

A traditional building with clean and modern amenities. The location is on a quiet stretch but near the busy shopping street. Owner was very kind and shared with us many attractions and shopping tips on our first day. He was also quick to help us with issues we had not relating to our stay there.
Do note that there are rooms with narrow staircase, and might not be convenient for people with mobility issues.

入住客棧就有回家的感覺，想再住一天，但一房難求，下次來潮州還是提前預訂。
衞生:住過民宿裏面最乾淨的，看的出老闆非常用心，房間抽濕機的上面裝衣架，洗衣機好的衣服掛上衣架，抽濕機開幾小時衣服就幹! 環境:設計的非常棒，錯落有致。
在古城核心位置，景區步行可到，步行1分鐘到開元路義安路交口可以打的車，老闆也可代叫車，車可直接來客棧門口上車很方便。 服務很好，老闆幫提行李。泡工夫茶（老闆講解，鴨屎香原產地鳳凰山坪坑頭最好喝）送上潮州地圖。加微信，美食攻略發送微信。耐心詳細講解。

剛踏入這家客棧，就被它獨有的氛圍感狠狠拿捏住了！後來才知道，它居然是央視春晚取景地，怪不得這麼有韻味。在院子裏隨便找個角落，咔嚓一拍，都是氛圍感拉滿的大片，發朋友圈都被追問客棧名。晚上還看到漢服體驗館的人來客棧取景拍攝，這古風古韻，真的絕了！
住下來更是處處都是驚喜。先説這衞生，真的無可挑剔！親眼看到室內鞋洗得透亮，床單也是一客一換，拖鞋、牙具等用品配備齊全，對我這種有點小潔癖的人來説，簡直太友好了。而且老闆特別貼心，在這裏還能悠閑地泡工夫茶，體驗潮州的慢生活。房間雖然不是超大那種，但佈局合理，住着很舒服。
