這房間平時120，五一期間大床房460，浴室門是壞的，全是蚊子。半夜被蚊子咬醒，打電話問前台有沒有驅蚊。前台感覺笨笨的，辦入住的時候她就好像聽不懂人在問什麼，每次我説完都皺着眉頭思考，實際我衹是問她我們房間是不是靠近電梯，這問題都要思考。晚上打電話問有沒有驅蚊，前台第一遍把電話直接掛了，第二次接通衹會重複“沒有”兩個字。被子上都是破洞，説是禁煙的房全是煙味。不知道誰家的貓，三衹，嗷了一整夜。崩潰，一星好評。

0.5不是給酒店設施的，是給此房間的，因為頭一天的那間給人舒適的感覺，這間就是極端的對比。外出不愛麻煩別人，本來住宿費就不貴，圖也是圖車有地方停放，就不強求服務了，能洗能睡就好。 首先房內雙人塑料拖鞋差一雙，想去廁所洗澡，這個沒法衹有聯繫前台要，前台那位男士客服態度不好，第一句就是拒絕沒有，解釋半天才説安排人送一雙。 其次是重點來了，上廁所沒紙，真的就沒，廁所裏沒有，房間床頭的抽紙盒也沒有，當時一下就懵逼了，因為當時前台的態度問題就壓根不太想再次聯繫，衹有讓家人去車裡拿紙了。 最後就是水，在4樓住的時候洗澡起碼是熱水啊，結果換到2樓那是啥，純冷水，白天我以為是沒燒好，結果到晚上，甚至後半夜，全是冷的，第二天早上我家人洗澡，我問他水温，冷的，呵呵呵，衹能冷笑。 房內無吹風機，房內窗簾雞肋，晚上睡覺窗簾邊緣全是亮的。前台男士客服態度差，因為訂房時候就在攜程扣了積分兑換了延時退房，回來取行李準備退房進不去跟他説麻煩門卡處理下，對方第一句就是來句我沒經過他酒店同意，他酒店旅行團多啥的，最後還是給處理了，他的第一句永遠都是拒絕！！如果不接散客麻煩取消散客訂房渠道！！

非常棒的酒店，經濟型酒店的價格，星級酒店的享受。 首先是房間面積挺大，住着痛快。 其次是免費停車位就在酒店門口，出入方便。 第三是床上用品品質很好，用着舒服。 第四是早餐品種豐富，味道不錯。 總之一句話，再來潮州，還會選擇住在這裏。

房間超差，辦理入住時還要掃碼繳300元按金，説他們不收，到時原路退回，房間內有很濃的一股味道，衞生超差，洗手枱，地面，茶杯有的上面好厚一層灰，上午11：40要退房，好多人等好久前台都沒人，發票都沒開直接把房卡放桌子上離開了，是住過最差的酒了
