環境：民宿地理位置不錯，鬧中取靜，在巷子裏，出巷子就是中山路和牌坊街，走多幾步就到西湖公園。
服務：老闆待客也很好，泡功夫茶請我們喝還給我們推薦周邊的好去處。
設施：配套無線Wi-Fi，投影儀，玩累了躺在床上看電影很舒服。

房間面積很小，格局不好，睡覺床頭對着走廊，隨便一個遮簾布遮着，光線直接照到頭上，根本睡不着；上廁所和洗澡沒有私隱，看得到裏面的人額；另外隔音效果也是巨差，大晚上外面的人喝酒聲音巨吵，沒人管理；第二天中午12點就通知要退房，非常不好的體驗。再也不要預訂民宿，寧可加點錢去住酒店了。

最滿意的一點是離景點距離比較近但又不吵鬧，路口就是劉卜鹵鵝，附近吃的多，走去牌坊街也相當方便。居住體驗不錯，房間乾淨，老闆邀請喝茶，也有電動車租。喜歡這種慢生活，下次還來潮州吃吃吃。

民宿性價比很高，坐落在古城裡，地理位置方便，去各個景點都很近。有提供洗漱用品、礦泉水、一次性毛巾浴巾等，房間裏還有投影儀。老闆很好客，熱心地提供了潮州遊玩攻略。
