The hotel hygiene is disgusting. There are unknown hairs in the quilt.

The bathroom was very unhygienic, with a strong, peculiar smell of urine. The smart toilet was broken. The treadmill in the exercise room was completely unusable. It was terrible. The tableware was also very unhygienic, with dishes not being washed properly. Many breakfast items were left overnight. The milk wasn't milk at all, and drinking it gave me severe diarrhea. The eggs were discolored, and the fried dumplings looked like they were several days old. I hope this can be improved.

The cleaning lady, before check-out time, swiped the room card into my room without permission, which shocked me. She didn't even ask if anyone was inside before entering. I'm a long-term resident there, and I was very angry that there was such a waiter. She didn't even care about her dignity for her own convenience.
