房間很乾凈設施齊全，就在古城裡麪，去哪裡都很方便，鬧中取靜，老闆人超好，而且小院很漂亮，古城景色很美。

網上下單沒多久，老闆就聯繫了我，發了一些相關的交通指南和美食介紹。民宿位置屬於鬧中取靜，在小巷子裏面，位置很好找，有專門運送行李的電梯。民宿是新裝修的，剛進去會有些味道，我們出去玩的時候就把全部的窗户打開透氣系，晚上回來味道不大了，床單還比較新凈，我們還是套上了自己帶的一次性床單，床墊也比較舒服，房間隔音不是很好，過道有人講話能聽到很大的聲響，儲水式的熱水器，沖完兩個人等上一段時間才能輪到下一個人沖，不然就是冷水。樓頂上的陽台還挺愜意的，老闆很熱情，送了盒甘草水果給我們，水果非常的甜！總體感覺還是不錯的。要是有些小的衞生細節做得更細緻些就更好了！

蠻不錯的，來牌坊街逛逛住了一晚，晚上可以看廣濟橋的表演，挺多吃的，位置特別好，房間兩個人住挺合適的。

春節期間訂的民宿，老闆很熱情周到，提前一天聯繫還發了許多注意事項和春節期間的活動！由於春節遊客較多，道路停車問題，我們你預計晚到很多，老闆一直在門口等着我們，還送了我們潮州的三寶作為伴手禮！非常感謝！酒店地理位置也非常好，竹木門進來直走50米就到了，出來就是牌坊街，吃美食非常方便，離廣濟橋也非常非常近。衞生方面也很好，推薦住這家

今天入住凡瀛民宿地理位置非常優越：門口就是竹木門、廣濟橋、牌坊街，西馬路！我們是滴滴打車的，非常的方便在民宿門口直接下車，老闆娘熱情好客推薦了許多地道的小吃！以為小巷裡的民宿會是十分簡陋，沒想到驚喜到了，裝修簡約大氣，十分温馨有愛！一次性用品齊全，動靜結合！走走逛逛累了回來休息一下再出門，上午走完廣濟橋，下午再去看拆橋，晚上再看燈光秀真的太方便！完全不浪費時間，門口的小吃性價比超高！一定推薦親戚朋友來住！
