因為是帶寵物出行，被安排十樓的房間但是電梯衹能到八樓，剩下的需要自己爬樓梯，這個可以理解但是進去房間後明顯感覺這個房間好久沒有打掃了有股黴灰的味道，但是也沒有特別在意。接下來的幾件事就讓人很無語了，1、房間裏面的燈是壞的（圖 1）；2、不知道我們人品不好還是所有房間都是這樣洗澡冷熱水壓不穩定，忽冷忽熱的； 3、這是最無語的第二天早上起來發現床頭有疑似老鼠排泄物的東西還不止一處，瞬間就不想多待了退房走人。（圖 2、3）以上僅為個人觀點，僅供各位參考。

五一提前一天訂，沒溢價太多
在類似城中村裡，路還算寬，車直接停門口，周邊安靜，還送了對門餅鋪做的小點心。
距古城幾公里，自駕方便。
房間面積可，有泡茶的茶室，洗浴、如廁乾濕分離，智能馬桶，小米電視，配件還可以。
木桶泡澡如有一次性塑料隔更衞生些，磁磚地面看起來不是很乾凈，小床被單靠近頭側有污漬、小朋友不敢用、爸爸換過去把那部分折起來、主打一個眼不見為凈。必竟前台衹有一位阿姨，還需同時照看不同家店，每次聯繫均需打電話讓人家跑過來一趟，確實不方便，所以可以克服就克服一下，一晚上而己。

特別有潮汕特色的一個民宿，感受跟以往住的那些酒店完全不一樣，生活也便利，大半夜還在叫啤酒和生醃，店家叔叔阿姨人都熱情好客，感受很好，下次還來！

房間很有特色👍裝修得有格調，牆上的畫是手工畫上去的，超有藝術氛圍，還有泡腳桶，老闆人也好，到的時候下雨，老闆親自打傘過來接👍👍

性價比高，除了位置偏一點，門鎖壞了，沒啥毛病。最讚的是有個單獨的功夫茶室可以給老公喝茶抽煙。還有可以蒸浴。

先誇房間大 有停車位 商家態度好 其次 如果喜歡安靜一點的或者來説正常一點的地方，就不要挑這家了，樓層之間的隔音基本為零，一整個晚上樓上都是蹦迪狀態的感覺，商家勸説後並沒有好轉。

設施：硬件設施配套齊全，特別是有茶具可以提供三兩好友一起泡茶聊天，有電視📺泡腳桶等
衞生：老闆娘親自監督衞生，孩子住了很舒心
環境：房間的面積很足夠還可以區分喝茶休閑區域，周邊安靜舒適，離景區不遠，打車大概幾分鐘就到
服務：老闆非常熱情，沖茶接待，幫忙拿行李，細心耐心講解當地一些特色，他們有兩間民宿，我們還去另一家玩耍拍照，很有特色，下次還來住🥰
