房間還可以，滿乾淨衞生的，酒店的話服務還可以，就是距離景點有點遠啦，交通不是很方便，要騎小電動，一開始走進來的，走了好久哦 還有就是早餐品種不多，能吃飽 主要是沒有很晚下去然後早餐很多都快沒有了，阿姨補充可以快點

初來廣東潮汕，當地人開車挺猛的，來到酒店後，整備好就出發去牌坊街吃喝玩樂，青檸離牌坊街挺近的，過年期間圍爐煮茶功能不開放，吃喝玩樂回來後，衹能自己在屋裡泡茶喝，衞生間問題多多，希望酒店能好好改善一下～

房間熱水是由電熱水器提供，容量太小，還沒洗完澡，水就變冷了。房間沒有打掃，就讓客人入住，床鋪亂七八糟，垃圾桶都是滿滿的，桌上都是雜物，餐廳、電梯間污跡斑斑。房間不提供洗手皂，在我們要求後才給了洗手液。房間裏的床是靠牆放的，不方便上下床，衞生間馬桶圈上有不幹膠殘留，衞生清理不到位 。房門與門框縫隙較大，時不時門就會發出聲響。早餐就不説了，上圖自己看。各方面都達不到能讓人接受的住宿標準。
硬件不行，服務也跟不上，不知道是春節期間的服務水準，還是日常就是如此。

位置方便：青檸別院酒店的位置真的很贊，就在橋東韓師附近，周圍有好多可以逛的地方，吃飯購物都很方便。
房間舒適：我訂的是陽台一居套房，投影很大，床鋪舒適，空調效果很好，晚上睡得很香，還有廚房和洗衣機，以及一個玩電腦和手機的小屋子，不影響床上睡覺的人。
衞生狀況良好：房間整潔乾淨，衞生間也沒有異味，窗户通風不錯。
服務態度好：工作人員的態度不錯，前台的小姐姐很耐心。
性價比超高：考慮到酒店的位置、設施和服務，這個價格真的是超值了，下次來潮州還會選擇這裏！

很OK，兩張床都是一米五，我們四人睡正合適，適合小姐妹出遊，晚上可以聊八卦，哈哈哈，房間設計比較年輕化，有獨立洗衣機，酒店也挺新的，感覺新開不久，前台小姐姐很nice，下雨了給我們延遲了一小時退房，十分感謝，有機會還來

房間很乾凈，民宿裏還有空中籃球場和健身房！體驗感很好，配套設施齊全。洗衣服也很方便，一樓洗衣機和烘乾機都有！房間裏也有洗衣機。性價比高，以後還會再來住的！！
