房東超級nice，訊息回覆快，還推薦了美食和景點！客房裡的景色絕了，絕對是潮州住過最哇塞的房！！！視野非常好！窗簾拉開，感覺心曠神怡！坐在沙發上就能看廣濟橋燈光秀！！客房乾淨舒適，安靜。對比很多家，這家性價比是最高的，家人都非常滿意。

📍大樓位於江邊，環境高大上。
客房loft結構，一線江景視野開闊，客房裡直接就能看到古城.廣濟橋，景色超美。晚上燈光秀也不用人擠人😊。
客房自助入住，房東會提前聯繫發入住指引，每次回覆信息都很快很貼心。潮州美食實在太多，下次多停留幾天✌✌✌

🥰[進房間第一眼]超大落地窗一線江景太震撼了
🤗[房東小姐姐]入住前就主動聯繫，發送相關入住訊息，還分享了周邊景點和美食，有問必答。
📍[周邊的便利]步行就可以到達打卡點泰佛殿，韓文公祠，廣濟橋東門，很方便。
🧡ྀི💛ྀི❤️ྀི給我的驚喜就是晚上客房裡就能全觀廣濟橋燈光秀，不用江邊人擠人，給我們旅途增添了不少色彩。下次來潮州還會選擇住這裏的，性價比實在太高了🥰

位置好找，地標建築，廣濟橋不遠，在房間能看到，小孩子一進門就很開心，房間衞生乾淨，整體感覺不錯。潮州小小的城，適合走路吃吃逛逛，有需要再來哈

房間設施很一般，樓下服務枱小妹一直在看手機，問她問題愛搭不理，板著臉，好像欠她錢一樣😢第一次碰到這樣的服務，入住後，點的外賣想熱一下再吃，問了管家房間內電磁爐開不了，她説不支持使用，不支持使用電磁爐你放房間幹嘛？而且第二天退房的時候還沒到12點就打電話來催，讓趕緊退房，還讓把遙控器什麼放原位置（幸虧我沒開電視沒動遙控器）真想問問是不是要幫他把床單也換新一下？衞生幫他搞好才能退房？

公寓與皇冠假日酒店同一棟樓，地標建築，景色無敵。房間很美、很乾凈。大大的落地玻璃窗是最喜歡的，在
窗邊泡着工夫茶觀賞着中國古老的啟閉式橋樑——廣濟橋，那感覺真好！客房是複式格局，空間很寬敞！非常滿意的入住體驗。
