酒店在朝陽市算是比較豪華的，尤其是酒店大樓和大堂確實比較氣派，但是酒店一些服務人員確實做的夠差勁的。 前台:我辦理入住時就兩個人，其中一個戴眼鏡的瘦男孩愛答不理的樣子，沒有一點熱情勁，且業務水平也不高，連酒店樓層的雙床房間和大床房都分不清，害得我來回跑了兩趟才弄利落。再有，退房時，前台一堆人在那，也都不知在忙啥，我説我在刷一下卡好上樓取行李，結果到是給我刷啦，可是電梯又刷卡上不去，又跑了一趟才給刷明白。業務水準太差。 客房:房間挺大，有個小冰箱根本就是擺設，都沒有插電的地方，電視也小，台不少可看的不多，都是廣告。 淋浴間:漏水漏的厲害，洗個澡，漏的滿地是水，花灑頭水流小的可憐。 總之，酒店夠豪華，細節做的太差。入住體驗感太差
