第一、掛羊頭買狗肉，我下單是睿柏.雲，裏面是原佳泰商務酒店，內外品牌不符，既然是佳泰商務酒店，為什麼還要以睿柏.雲酒店來出售，證明原酒店已買臭了，重新掛名欺騙顧客。
第二、不管是裝修設施、衞生設施、空調設施太差；
第三、設計不合理，不符合連鎖酒店設計理念。
第四、使用及其不方便主要表現為，洗澡噴頭沒軟管（只有固定噴頭），空調不製冷，總之，價格與價值不符。

這酒店，免費到次日8點。超過8點就需要付停車費，正常退房時間是中午12點，為什麼沒有到退房時間，停車還要收費，我感覺不合理，因為客人沒有退房就不應該收停車費，這樣的酒店我們再也不會來的！不是錢多少的事。心裏不舒服

房間裝修是十年前的老式，房間還算可以，進房間看衞生間馬桶還有手紙沒沖，衞生有些問題，入住需要三百按金，頭一次遇到連鎖酒店要這麼多按金。前台服務很不熱情，代答不理！

帶早餐很不錯，衞生比較好，設備完善，隔音也還不錯，唯一不好的就是進去有股煙味，後來通了通風也好多了，好評吧

還可以吧。設施有點老舊，床鋪很乾凈，無異味。也可能是地域關係，價格有點小貴。雙床房158元？我旅行去過很多地方，也住過很多百元的小旅店，有些比這裏設施好很多。

酒店位置比較方便，去高鐵站、化石地質公園都很方便。工作人員服務也很不錯。酒店有早餐，不過我們早上趕火車來不及吃就走了

分別住了兩天，整體還行，位置相對老朝陽人感覺相對偏一點，也不算啥，周邊購物吃飯，超市也還行，交通都不錯，出租很多很方便
