整體設施較舊，走廊有一股空氣清新劑的味道。
衞生間有點小，水流很沖，噴的哪都是。
熱水出的很慢。
窗簾拉不嚴，晚上看到外面的燈光亮的不行，到早上晨光照得根本睡不着。
中央空調聲音很大，還有一個掛機，正好對着頭的方向，吹的腦袋疼…
但是這個看的風景是真的好，但是我是來睡覺的，不是來看風景的😅

第一、掛羊頭買狗肉，我下單是睿柏.雲，裏面是原佳泰商務酒店，內外品牌不符，既然是佳泰商務酒店，為什麼還要以睿柏.雲酒店來出售，證明原酒店已買臭了，重新掛名欺騙顧客。
第二、不管是裝修設施、衞生設施、空調設施太差；
第三、設計不合理，不符合連鎖酒店設計理念。
第四、使用及其不方便主要表現為，洗澡噴頭沒軟管（衹有固定噴頭），空調不製冷，總之，價格與價值不符。
