The room is very nice and clean, with complete facilities and an easy-to-find location. The landlord is very enthusiastic and has arranged everything. He is so thoughtful. I will patronize his B&B again next time I come to Chaoyang.

The facilities are quite complete and can basically meet the needs, but the sanitation needs to be strengthened. There is no heating in the room in winter, and only the bedroom has air conditioning. 老闆手裡房源很多，以好的優質房源招攬顧客，臨近入住將本人已定好的優質房源轉給出價更高的顧客。也沒提前聯繫本人，告訴不想住可以給退錢，有趁人之危的嫌疑。最後給補償個20元紅包，不過給分配的房源是典型的老破舊。入住前能夠跟老闆勤溝通和天天聯繫確認的可以繞過。
