從一些老舊的設施能看出來，大概很久以前是作為涉外的星級酒店使用的，服務態度還可以，但洗澡才發現下水口是堵的，通也通不開，半夜11點被迫要換房間，也是絕無僅有的極差的入住體驗了，非常影響休息。年久失修的房間，就不要給客户用了吧！。這家連鎖酒店的管理也是一言難盡，似乎房間就管不明白，萬達廣場那家，攜程上三人間可訂狀態，結果到了再三確認都和我説沒有了，作為一家連鎖酒店，就房間可用不可用，管不明白嗎？

五一期間提前一半個多月訂的親子房，到了入住時被告知親子房沒有了！都已經被人入住滿房了！問題是提前這麼久就已經預訂成功，服務員一直就不核實房態？提前告知已經沒房了了嗎？還是説她們店的責任把房間訂冒了，導致我辦理入住時沒有了已經預訂好的房間。而且此時再臨時找酒店，也已經找不到合適的了！不管是哪種原因，責任肯定不在我方，而且店員態度很不好，尤其是一個胖胖的女店員。最後給換成了踏踏米房，房間也挺臟的，陽台上一層吐，鋪的席子上很多大塊的污漬。這也就罷了，都可以將就一晚，但是最精彩的還在後麪，夜裡十二點多，一個陌生的男人大聲在門外敲門，大喊，讓開門。一下子就被嚇醒了，持續了五六分鐘一直也不走，一直邊打電話邊大聲喊開門，又驚又怕中給前台打電話，過了一會才上來一個人把男的喊走。聽解釋及電話內容，貌似是男的喝醉酒了，來這裏找一個他的朋友，剛好這位醉酒大叔的朋友之前住在我們這個房間，朋友退房後並未告且醉漢給朋友打電話，朋友也並未告知已退房離開。所以沒辦理入住的醉酒狀態的非住客，就這麼在深更半夜華麗麗的上樓來敲門大喊了…………酒店的安全管理真的有待加強。不知道那麼高的評分咋來的……這是我住過的所有酒店裡差評榜第一或第二的了，和山海關一家客棧難分伯仲。

新換的床單，衞生可以，門外有停車場，規定時間內免費，酒店位置很好，購物吃飯夜市都很方便，房間安靜無異味。
