The room carpet has a lot of stains. The mosquito had visited me and I had a few bites, lumps. Don’t feel it’s 5star.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort. Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

We had a great time staying here. The whole place is beautiful. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Desserts were complimentary, and the breakfast was delicious. The balcony overlooking the lake was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We’ll definitely come back.

家人們評價一下這個酒店就是説賓至如歸的感覺人生三週是班裡的時候就是遇到什麼，麻煩就是前台小哥任俊東還有小魏都能很好的給你解決，然後服務態度特別得好，然後這個酒店的阿姨字子妹也非常的有耐心，親切人非常得好然後説一下這個酒店的設施吧，因為我是第一次來，然後他的設施還是可以的，非常的高大上就是低調奢華有內涵家人們誰懂啊，就是這屋子裡還有一大盆綠蘿就是環境是非常的優雅的，然後就是他還有一個很大的浴缸，然後可以給你泡澡非常的舒服然後他晚上的時候他會給你送水果，然後還有牛奶非常的巴適，然後還有管家會給你提醒就是説要關好門窗，然後就是很貼心好温馨，就是感覺回到了家一樣。推薦家人出行和帶小孩的朋友都住在這邊。
