院內有停車場，房間衞生還不錯，洗澡水很大也很熱，這是好的地方。不足的是浴室排風扇是壞的，房間通風做的不夠進門一股煙草味，床單被罩（應該是送到外包公司清洗的）也有煙草味。實事求是的説，就價格而言性價比還是不錯的。

網上放的圖片還不錯所以就沒猶豫訂了房。拿到房間一看，整體都很有年代感，房間牆壁壁紙掉落，衞生間牆面發黃，設備簡陋等等，舊 但是也應該搞得乾淨才是，希望能改善。

該酒店地理位置優越，有院內停車場，進出十分方便。雖然房子有年但衞生搞得比較好，住宿費性價比高。服務人員熱情。我每次去巢湖，巢湖中心商務酒店是我的首選！

酒店吧一般般，環境一般般，服務一般般，但打掃衞生的服務員確實不錯，有服務意識；網上定房看到有10元早餐，問的時候，早餐人員竟然説衹做了昨天定了早餐的房客，定量的，想説：如果沒早餐就説沒，有就有，搞明白點
