服務：服務很好，酒店人員是的服務意識都非常好
衞生：衞生還是很到位的，沒發現什麼問題
環境：酒店整體環境很好，分部合理
地理位置：離巢湖東站很近，六七分鐘的車程，很方便
設施：酒店建造比較早了，硬件設施有點落後，還是需要升級
健身房：很多器材都很久遠了，不太好用，而且房間很冷，沒有空調，希望後期能夠增加
其他都挺好的

非常滿意的一次入住，乾淨整潔，空調很暖，房間大，周圍綠化好，安靜，適合旅遊，家庭旅行。洗浴用品也很不錯，毛巾比較柔軟，服務人員熱情周到，還有機器人送外賣，很方便。

第一次和先生到巢湖，也許是緣分，入住了這家離高速不遠，卻很温馨的酒店。
外觀有特點，酒店內卻有乾坤。門口的接待熱情招待，還沒到前台主管就笑臉相迎，歡迎入住。前台的二位女孩，也是熱情接待，並升級了房間。
喜歡高挑的大廳很氣派，寬敞明亮，電梯入口和樓層出口，巧心思設計的小景很美。房間設計貼近生活，還有一個美美的陽台，很舒心。
餐廳很棒，隔斷玻璃很拉風，早餐實實在在的新鮮出爐，除了西式，還有巢湖本地的土菜點心，過癮。
感謝你們的真誠服務，下月還會入住。

首日入住歡迎水果:一進酒店服務人員就遞了濕巾，還送了歡迎水果
環境：酒店雖然時間十多年了，但是打掃的比較乾淨，但是歐式的裝修自然能體現出他的豪華，
設施：設施大多數比較老舊。有些出現脱落，應該及時維修以及更換！
服務：服務絕對是他們家的特色。服務貼心，沒有你想不到，處處服務員都給你服務到位了，
水果，送小孩的玩偶，小童的洗漱套裝，還有離店的水果，礦泉水。
早餐也很豐富，還有特色的****做的飛餅，
真心很推薦這家！要是硬件能跟上服務，那會有更多的稱讚！

設施：設施齊全，如果能增加小朋友的遊樂區就錦上添花了
衞生：衞生非常好，邊邊角角都很乾凈。毛巾很柔軟。
服務：服務非常熱情，送餐到房間的服務員也很有素質，一直微笑服務。收餐也及時。PS 提前跟前台打招呼，可以減免送餐入室的服務費。這點很棒。
還送了小朋友玩偶，充氣髮箍，小童備品。很貼心
