很喜歡這家酒店的裝修和環境，超出了我的預期，非常滿意！大堂的姜小姐非常熱情，從進入酒店開始就一路有工作人員指引，笑容滿面，還給孩子送了毛絨玩具。辦理入住也很迅速，隨後小姜替我們把行李送去了房間。給我們安排的房間也很nice～房間裏提前準備了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品，給人的第一感受就是貼心。休息了一會出門時小姜也很熱情的給我們介紹周圍的旅遊景點和交通路線，像個貼心的小管家，酒店周圍的綠化也很好，綠化率很好，各種樹木的品種也很多，空氣環境也很好，停車也很方便。第二天早上吃早餐了，餐廳的員工也很熱情，主動詢問寶寶愛吃的餐品，並替我們端了過來。早餐的品種也很多，每樣拿一點就吃的寶寶的。下午退房時，工作人員替我們把東西送到車上，温馨體貼的環境，下次有空肯定還會過來！

環境：酒店整體環境很好，分部合理
地理位置：離巢湖東站很近，六七分鐘的車程，很方便
設施：酒店建造比較早了，硬件設施有點落後，還是需要升級
健身房：很多器材都很久遠了，不太好用，而且房間很冷，沒有空調，希望後期能夠增加

房間乾淨整潔舒適，早餐還是比較豐富的。前台服務人員給我們升級，房間帶浴缸了。並且提醒我明天早餐時間少許晚一點，有二個團，她們可能會比較早用餐。前台服務人員還是很貼心的，還幫我把行李送到了電梯口。房間很大，要是在電視下面有個高一點櫃子，放點東西和整理東西會方便很多。不需要彎腰，也不需要取床上整理箱子。

到巢湖來喝喜酒，搜了下，這個酒店應該是當地最好的酒店了吧。很老的一個星級酒店。服務真的很好。送進電梯，幫忙按樓層，走的時候還送了洗乾淨的水果。上下車幫忙開車門。就是一切都是星級酒店的服務。
除了被子有點潮濕，我覺得其他都還可以。畢竟小城市，好的酒店不多😂
房間也挺大，洗澡水壓也很穩定，水温也 ok 的。早餐因為我們下來的太晚了，很多都沒有了，但是看得出來種類還是挺多的。
總體來説還是滿意的
