Very pleasant surroundings by the river. Our room was nice and clean with a good view. The hotel was practically empty but that didn’t bother us. It was quiet. The pool was indoors but clean. Dinner and breakfast were very enjoyable. All in all quirky but pleasant.

Shocking experience. We booked a quick one-night stay primarily for the pool, which Logis stated was open. It was closed - in April. No word of apology. The hotel was tired and dirty. Men were wandering round the corridors - off-season workers, asylum seekers, unsure. My wife found the place very threatening, being stared at. Worse still, in one of the salons a group of men was smoking ******** - breaking two laws! We stayed in the room and picked up takeaway from the town. We wrote to the hotel - no reply. We wrote to Logis ["Welcome to our big happy family"] and they washed their hands of it. Disgraceful for a hotel in a family-friendly area. We shall think twice about booking a Logis again.

It is sometimes good to remind managers that customers are not just "Cash Drawers"... The business sense, kindness and friendliness of the managers are clearly optional services in this establishment... Especially for a dilapidated room, poorly soundproofed, without air conditioning, with a view of a "small lake"?... (But especially with a view of a large parking lot and lots of noise!) for €95! and for a breakfast that stops dead at 10:00 sharp!! Cleared away in record time! No way to help yourself to anything, when you arrived at 9:30 and were still at the table! ... As for the food, in terms of price and quantity, plan on a big wallet and a little hunger... (We are still looking for the garnishes that were supposed to be served with the dishes..?..)

It was extraordinarily quiet and perfect for a night in transit. The best parking facilities and a lake complete the location. Attentive staff and an indoor pool, as well as a sauna for a fee, make it ideal for short stays.

What a disappointment when we arrived!!! When we made our telephone reservation we were misled by the arguments put forward to encourage us to book via the hotel and not with a promotion on the website, for a room with a lake view and not parking + balcony/terrace. On arrival, we had a view of a small dried-up lake (obviously not specified on the phone) and parking!!! When we discussed this problem at reception, the solution offered did not satisfy us and so we decided to give up our week-long stay... and there we came across the antithesis of customer service!!!! A person who seemed to be part of the management wanted to charge us for a night not made since we had left thanks to the imprint of our bank card taken when we made the reservation. This person was really provocative, disrespectful, sneaky, mocking, disdainful!!!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬 The intervention of what we thought was the manager calmed the situation and guaranteed us no charges! A SCANDAL! RUN AWAY! NEVER AGAIN 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Nous avons séjourné en famille et nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette expérience. Cet hôtel est idéalement situé, à seulement une courte distance en voiture du Puy du Fou, ce qui en fait un point de chute parfait pour explorer ce parc incroyable tout en profitant d’un cadre paisible. Les chambres étaient confortables et propres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité de l’établissement, avec son cadre verdoyant et son ambiance relaxante en bord d’eau. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant, qui a été une vraie surprise. Les plats étaient délicieux, préparés avec soin avec des produits frais et locaux. Le service mérite aussi d’être souligné : le personnel était aux petits soins, toujours souriant et attentif à nos besoins. C’est un endroit que je recommande chaleureusement, autant pour sa proximité avec le Puy du Fou que pour l’accueil et la qualité des prestations. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour mémorable, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
