Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly / Dulles Airport

Clean room, decent breakfast. The room is clean and very comfortable beds. The hotel has a small gym and pool. Fast and easy check-in. Kind staff. There is a shuttle to the airport available.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. So much so, that we are now going to try and save up to be able to buy one. The food at breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. The staff was friendly. The cleanliness of the room wasn't quite what you'd expect, but not horrible either. We noticed things on the floor that a vacuum should have picked up. The shower appeared to have small hairs in it, but it turned out they were small scratches in the finish. The ice machine was also broken the whole time we were there. The tv was old and pretty small for the room. It was also frustrating that there was no way to adjust the input. We travel with a streaming device, but there were no physical buttons that could change the input on the TV or on the remote. The hotel felt safe, so if you are looking for something that won't break the bank, it isn't a bad place to stay for a few nights.

The house keeping was never done with in the 5-day stay. On Sunday June 15, 3024 at approximately 11:00am I finally saw one of the supervisors and I ask her if they were going to clean my room and get new towels. She promised me that it will be done. I arrived at my room and nothing was done. I needed to go to the front desk for 3/ clean towels. Also my whole stay there the ice maker machine never worked. I had ask the front desk and he said that he knew but there was nothing that he can do. Later I found out that there was another Ice machine by another guest.

Nice hotel. Free and comfortable shuttle. Drivers are very friendly and professional. Quiet and walkable environment. Breakfast was great. Cleaning staff is friendly and helpful. Would have given 5 🌟 but there was a sticky coffee stain on the floor by the desk.

This is a no-frills hotel but it is super clean, seems to be almost totally new, had a very nice room with good desk and comfortable chair with convenient plugs, comfortable sofa, overall very happy with it.

Wonderful Hotel away from city for quiet with just over a half hour drive to Washington DC monuments and Smithsonian Museums and close to Airport; only ten minute drive. Staff the best; great indoor pool and sauna and fantastic breakfast each day. The hotel also provides free shuttle to airport for those that do not rent a car.

I didn’t get to stay in the hotel. I lost $165 because I did not have the $50 deposit on my credit card or $100 in cash for incidentals. The incidentals were bringing a pet in the room breaking something in a room or smoking in a room. I do not smoke because I have asthma. I don’t have a pet because I have asthma and I’m allergic to patch. I just turned 57 years old. I’m not gonna break anything in the room. No exceptions were made and I was not able to stay in a hotel. I had to drive to Maryland to get my credit card. I was too tired to drive back to Virginia so I was not able to stay in a room at all. No exceptions were made my deposit.
