Avoid!!! Put it to the manager and possibly the little lunch: nothing is going well (and again the security guard who chases away flies while we eat with a catalog, original but disgusting!) Very noisy, not isolated at all, we looks like the bedroom window is open you can hear everything, dilapidated interior and exterior, the toilet only flushes water 😑 a TV but no remote control! I wouldn't give this campanile a star, we don't have the same notion of a star hotel! Unless you are insomniac and like noise and particular smells... I put 1 star everywhere for the manager and to validate my comment...

Two star hotel. King size bed crowded the room leaving little space to move around. There were no comfortable chairs. There is no restaurant to speak of. There were 3 items on a menu that the staff would microwave for you. We didn’t bother with breakfast. There is a great bakery about 50 yards away that we used for breakfast. The facility needs an overhaul. It is aging. We were given a room where the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We were moved. The towels were on the thin side. The front side of the hotel is close to a noisy car wash. We were on the back. There was a nice Chinese/Japanese buffet within walking distance. We had a takeout box one evening for 7,5 euros. It is a short drive into Chantilly and to the main attractions. That was not an issue. I can’t remember why I booked this hotel. But I wouldn’t do it again.

Friendly and courteous staff. Facilities are practical and easy to use. Good internet connection. More effort needs to be made on first level maintenance. Ex. Shower head not adjustable. Sticky faucet. Remote control missing.

A very basic, tired and cold room (nothing to stop droughts coming under the door). Bed was okay but pillows were very poor. Evening meal options very limited, very poor, and expensive. Breakfast okay. Staff were okay, no problems with check in or checkout out.

L’extérieur est délabré, il n’y a plus de restaurant, on a été obligés de changer de chambre: lit défoncé, odeur d’égouts, des lampes grillées…172€ la nuit, c’est du vol !!! Campanile n’est plus ce que c’était, au prix où c’est on n’y retournera plus !

J’ai appris que cet hôtel avais remplacer toute la literie Nous avons voulu essayer et la nouvelle literie est très très confortable, et leurs lits sont très grand au moins 200/200, on s’y perd. La forêt en face c’est vraielrnt très agréable Le parking gratuit et fermé.
