Sarantis Hotel

This is a very well run family hotel with friendly staff with nothing to much trouble, which is ideally located less than five minutes walk to the centre of Hanioti. With the help of Georgia we booked a Superior Double Pool View room (room 317) which was spotlessly clean, the towels changed every day and the room was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast has everything one could wish for and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Halkidiki. See you all again soon.

The Sarantis Hotel is best place in this area, you have 3 min to beach Hanioti, more shoping in this area , many good Restaurants . The staff are verry friendly , the hotel is verry clean , the breakfast is good and tasty!! I recomend this hotel!!

Non-professional staff, if you reserve the stay, it can be canceled by irresponsible staff.They give me wrong information about hotel and sent me pictures of different hotel. Also i call they after wrong information still same. They don’t deserve any of stars. 0

The hotel has a great location, extremely close to the beach . The hotel is beautiful, clean , very nice decorated. Our room was facing the pool, the view was great, the staff is extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. They are the true definition of hospitality. The breakfast is tasty and has a great variety of options to chose from, and is fresh every morning Georgia is a wonderful person, she is kind, patient, very polite, extremely welcoming and she does know how to make the guests feel like home. She helped us with the booking, she organised a very nice room for us, she is always around with a smile on her face. The pool is clean, with plenty of sunbeds, the room is fully equipped with everything you need. Definitely recommend the hotel with all the heart , is great value for money !

We felt awesome becouse the staff was very very nice and kind,the cleaning was at the best, so are the rooms.The location is great,you have to walklass than 10 minutes for the beach, but is for the best,becouse in the center the music and the noiese is awfull,the parking is free nears the hotel(in front). the most welcoming and charmfull athmospfere i have ever felt.

Please avoid this place. No much words needed. The dos and don’ts at the welcoming should made me undestand where I just arrived. Rooms were uncleaned and the owners are always seeking for an excuse/argument (I am convinced that their respond on this review will prove this) rather than a simple apology and action. It is managed by a family and the number of staff is very limited - 4 in total for everything (cleaning, cooking and so on and so forth). The way they kicked us out on the check-out it is just indescribable. I conclude with the attached image. This review is based on my own experience.

I visited many hotels in my life, but the Sarantis hotel was a disaster. It is managed by a very unpleasant family who does most of the work with extra few workers. Arrived for 4 nights and wanted to see the room before paying, but the owner refused. When I got into the room it seems very different from the rooms I saw on the website. The furniture is very basic, a cold-light led lamp is installed in the room (see photo). The air conditioning unit is at the end of a narrow corridor, hardly reaching the room( see photo). There is no kettle or coffee machine or cups for hot drinks. I ask the owner to supply me with a kettle for preparing my medicine and he refuses. The beds are horrible - the mattress is hard as stone, and the pillow supplied is small in size and unusable as they are too high. You can't even sit and read or watch TV in bed. During our stay, the bed sheets were not replaced. You are given as a blanket a thin white sheet which I have never seen previously in hotels. The internet connection has very poor upload speed and the download speed is average. If you go to the dirty swimming pool - no towels are supplied, so you have to buy them outside at touristic prices. Breakfast was OK - but the owners refuse to put on the air conditioning unit which they have (at the end of July's heatwave). During breakfast, the guests are closely supervised by the family which stands half a meter from the food and looks into your plates. Shower & toilets: to save money you have public toilet paper in a huge industrial device (see photo). You are given on bottle of liquid soap which writes: Hair & Body I will never come again to this hotel and warn everybody from staying there.
