Wir waren 8 Tage im Luuks in Hanioti und rundum zufrieden – mit einer kleinen Einschränkung. Die Anlage wurde 2024 neu eröffnet und das merkt man sofort: Alles ist sehr modern, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Design hat uns persönlich besonders gut gefallen. Der Pool ist zwar eher klein, dafür aber sehr schön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – in allen Bereichen duftet es angenehm frisch, und alles ist blitzsauber. Auch das Personal trägt stark zum positiven Eindruck bei: Christina und Diana an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und Reno ist eine echte Allroundkraft – immer präsent, ob an der Bar oder im Service – und immer für ein nettes Gespräch zu haben. Auch der Besitzer ist regelmäßig vor Ort, was zeigt, wie viel Wert auf Qualität und Gastzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Das Hotel hat 23 Zimmer. Wenn möglich, sollte man unbedingt ein Zimmer abseits der Hauptstraße wählen – z. B. eines der etwa 4 Poolzimmer auf der Rückseite oder eines der 14 seitlichen Zimmer. Die Zimmer an der Straße (z. B. 108 und 109) sind aufgrund der starken Verkehrsgeräusche leider sehr laut, was die Nachtruhe stören kann. Das Frühstück ist klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend – alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Die Getränke sind immer gut gekühlt, das Essen ist gut und preislich sehr fair. Fazit: Ein modernes, stilvolles Hotel mit großartigem Personal und tollem Service. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen – aber nur mit einem ruhiger gelegenen Zimmer! We stayed 8 days at Luuks in Hanioti and were very happy with our stay – with one small exception. The hotel opened in 2024 and you can tell right away: everything is very modern, stylish, and high-quality. We especially loved the design. The pool is on the smaller side, but beautifully done and perfect for relaxing. Cleanliness is top-notch – the entire property smells fresh and is kept impeccably clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Christina and Diana at the front desk were always there for us, and Reno is truly everywhere – not just at the bar, but all around, always up for a nice chat and creating a great atmosphere. The owner is also frequently present, showing how much emphasis is placed on quality and guest satisfaction. The hotel has 23 rooms. If possible, avoid the rooms facing the main road – especially rooms 108 and 109 – as they are extremely noisy due to the traffic, which makes sleeping difficult. If you can, go for one of the 4 poolside rooms at the back or one of the 14 rooms on the quieter side of the building. Breakfast is small, but has everything you need. Drinks are always cold, the food is good, and prices are very reasonable. Bottom line: A stylish, modern hotel with excellent service and great staff. We would definitely book again – just not one of the rooms facing the street!
