"We arrived 3 hours early and the hotel said the room had been arranged, so we checked in at noon👍 The room was large and the balcony was spacious. The swimming pool on the roof of the 7th floor is also very beautiful with great views. The breakfast is rich in content, and you can taste many of Crete's special snacks. Although it takes about 12-15 minutes to walk to the old town, the scenery along the way is very good and it doesn’t feel far. In short, it is highly recommended👍"

"У апартаментов хорошее расположение (рядом пляж, автобусная остановка, два супермаркета и море в 5 минутах ходьбы). На верхнем этаже есть стиральная машина, которой можно воспользоваться. За стоимость которую мы заплатили в целом хорошо. Из минусов за 9 ночей пребывания у нас несколько раз сменили постельное белье и поменяли полотенца и ни разу не помыли пол. На кухне не хватает сковороды."

"The service is good. I asked if I would like to help us with our luggage or send me to the airport. A welcome drink is also provided. It does feel like a high-end hotel. In addition, they can do valet parking, just park the car next to the hotel and find their staff."

"Wonderful stay, sadly, they put us in the only room with a view! (Room V (5) Should have been advised of this, with a discount offered!) Nonetheless, the staff was wonderful as well as the location. Be advised....a taxi cannot drop/pick you up ... so be prepared to walk with luggage about 300 meters. Also, as this is a historic structure....there is no elevator. Exceptional breakfast is offered in a very scenic view of the old Harbour."

"We had such a great experience! Room was comfy and clean and they even offered a free laundry room which was very helpful. I would also recommend the restaurant the food was amazing. Not to mention the view from the hotel was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very good locations. Right on the harbour. Not easy for people with disability due to narrow staircases. Room is clean and spacious. Good working air condition. Very important for the hot weather. Staff are super friendly. Breakfast is in a restaurant round the corner but the food choices are very limited."

"Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful."
