Arriving in Chania at 9pm, in January, our taxi driver met us as arranged but couldn't take us to our destination on the south coast due to bad weather over the mountains. He contacted a couple of places where there was no answer, or they were closed, then tried Pantheon and got us a room. We arrived around 9.30pm, to a lovely clean, spacious apartment - sitting room with basic kitchen/fridge etc. Great bathroom with modern shower. Separate bedroom with plenty of space and very comfy bed. Nice furnishings through-out...simple but adequate to give a minimalistic loft living feel. The bedroom had tinted glass and large windows/patio-doors so you could leave the roller blinds up and enjoy the view. The balcony outside was fairly large and there were chairs/table/clothes dryer...none of this was used by us as it was cold, wet and windy. The manager (Dimitris?) was very professional and extremely helpful. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and relieved to have found somewhere so good, very reasonably priced, clean and comfy at such short notice, out of season. I would not hesitate to return and may decide staying here after a late-ish arrival is a better option. No idea about how far it is to places of interest, but did not seem to be far from mini-markets and places to eat. The view the next morning (with the still threatening weather) may give a guide.

The photos do not correspond to how the place really is. It is quite far from the city of Chania (using a car is a necessity), there are no parking slots and we had to park on the streets around. Regarding, Cleanliness let's say that it is doubtful matter, there was a smell of smoking cigarettes (there was a whole made by cigarette on our sheet!) all over the place while the towels were as soft as sandpaper (perfect for exfoliating your skin). Save yourself the trouble and find a place that would be actually worth it.

Relativement très bon rapport qualité/prix 60€/nuit, il y a un beau et grand balcon avec à disposition un étendage, la climatisation, une wifi fonctionnelle, une salle de bain très fonctionnelle et moderne et une chambre suffisamment grande pour un séjour plus ou moins long. Il peut y avoir un peu de bruit selon le voisinage qu’il y a et selon l’heure à laquelle ils rentrent. Le frigo n’était pas branché mais je pense que c’est largement possible de le demander au responsable. En résumé ça reste un bon rapport qualité prix peut importe la durée du séjour. Je pourrai y revenir !!

Had een verkeerde boeking gedaan. Door twee verblijfplaatsen met de zelfde naam. Had ook al betaald. Doordat zij zo vriendelijk waren hebben ze het geld wat ik betaald heb netjes terug uitvangen. In de toekomst sluit in het zeker niet uit om te verblijven in hun complex.

Ειχαμε κλεισει 6 διανυκτερευσεις.Φτανοντας στο ξενοδοχειο δεν ηταν κανεις. Κοιτουσαμε μεσα απο την τζαμαρια μηπως δουμε καποιον και με εκπληξη ειδαμε ενα υπογειο με χωμα κατω στο οποιο μεσα ειχε ενα πλυντηριο αναμεσα σε χρωματα σαβουρες κλπ και εκει μεσα ειχαν σχοινια και απλωναν τα σεντονια.Τραγικο να βλεπει ο πελατης αυτη την εικονα. Πηραμε τηλ τον ιδιοκττη και εστειλε την καθαριστρια να μας ανοιξει κρατωντας και τα συμφωνητικα για την εξοφληση η οποια ειχε ενημερωθει οτι ημασταν 3 ατομα αντι για 4 οπως ειχαμε ενημερωσει. Μας ανεβασε στο δωματιο το οποιο ηταν πολυ μικρο για οικογενεια .Μυριζε περιεργα ,σκονη ,φθαρμενες καρεκλες,λερωμενα ρολερ στα παραθυρα, το κλιματιστικο ηταν καταμαυρο εξωτερικα και εσωτερικα ρωτησαμε την κοπελα ποτε καθαριστηκαν και μας ειπε πριν ενα χρονο .Ειχε ενα μικρο κουζινακι στο οποιο ειχε μαγειρικα σκευη και το συρταρι με τα μαχαιροπηρουνα ειχε τριχες και τριμματα.Ειχαν αφιξη και δεν ειχαν καθαρισει τιποτα. Τα στρωματα πολυ σκληρα. Οι κουρτινες μυριζαν χωμα δεν ειχαν πλυθει.Το βραδυ ειχε απιστευτη υγρασια καθως ειναι χτισμενο πανω σε μπαζωμενο ποταμι .Αναψαμε με φοβο το κλιματιστικο το οποιο εβγαζε πολυ ασχημη μυρωδια. Η κοπελα ηταν προθυμη να διορθωσει εκ των υστερων αλλα δυστυχως ηταν ματαιο.Δεν περιμενεις την υποδειξη του πελατη οταν εισαι επαγγελματιας. Φυγαμε την 5 η μερα.Το μονο που αξιζε ηταν το μπανιο ,ειχε συνεχεια ζεστο νερο ευτυχως . Προφανως οι φωτογραφιες του site ηταν στην ακμη του ξενοδοχειου γι αυτο δελεαστηκαμε. Κριμα.

Un sitio que deja mucho para desear, cuando llegamos nos tocó subir todas las maletas sin ascensor, al entrar nos encontramos una habitación más pequeña de lo que aparentaba, con un olor ha cerrado y con muebles útiles pero dañados y cutres. El suelo parecía sucio, y la cama suplementaria del adulto que nos acompañaba parecía en vez de una cama una colchoneta propia de un gimnasio (la medimos: 6,7 cm de anchura). Otro problema que nos vino fue que tras varias horas de viaje y querer darnos una ducha la sorpresa viniera acompañada de la inundación del baño, no tenía suficiente mampara como para evitar que se saliera el agua, con cuidado conseguías no encharcar lo pequeño que era el baño. La publicidad es engañosa, de un apartamento limpio con cisnes hechos con las toallas, a encontrar una televisión enana tras una puerta que si la cerrabas la tapaba al completo. Puedo decir que es una vergüenza de lugar, que parace mentira que tenga tan buena calificación, ya que tiene una pésima relación calidad-precio.Mostrar menos
